Had a text from Troy when he was about to arrive.He cleaned a bedroom carpet that I thought I was going to have to replace. What a fabulous job he did. The before and after was really unbelievable ! No new carpet needed. We have used Chem Dry for 40 years in every house we’ve been in.The most amazing transformation was the day an autistic grandson took a red magic marker and drew on the light colored runner on the stairs. Not a trace of it when Chem Dry left !!!

I made A big mistake and was spray painting My refrigerator inside. I had a film all over my tile kitchen and great room floor. Also my floor needed to be cleaned. Every aspect of dealing with this company was absolutely amazing. Calling in, it was easy and quick to get details of the service and set a timely appointment. They came out within the next couple of days and cleaned my bedroom carpet and bathroom tile. For four rooms and an area rug cleaning, their prices were phenomenal! I believe it was Troy who serviced us. He came in, prepped our carpet and tile, and cleaned our carpet better than it’s ever been cleaned. He was such a warm, friendly, and genuinely sweet person. Even after apologizing multiple times for how much of a mess the place was, he assured me that it was fine and that he would get it clean, which he did! I usually rent the Big Green carpet cleaner, but after using this company I will never rent that carpet cleaner again!

Their technician Troy arrived on time (a big plus in my book because tardiness is a pet peeve of mine) and after a walk through, got right to work. Timely arrival, personable technician and the carpets look great. Biggest issue for the 4 stars is that the tech arrived saying I signed for the regular service. No I signed up for your top package because of the pets stains. Keep some idea of what you agree to as the confirmation you get doesnt say what, just time of appointment. I was told they move furniture but he didnt do area under sofas didnt get done. It also takes more time to dry than they say when setting up the appointment. Not a huge deal but definitely not a couple hours... more like overnight.

I couldn’t be happier with First Coast Chem-Dry. Thanks to Erik and his team our office is cleaner, more sanitary, and overall, the whole place looks and smells better. They removed all the foot traffic and spilled food stains from the carpets, as well as deep cleaned and brightened up our grungy old restroom tile (which I thought was going to be impossible). They showed up Saturday morning on time and were polite, professional and hardworking. On Monday morning, I was flooded with complimentary remarks from coworkers. As far as price goes, they were in the middle between the other companies that provided estimates. The price we paid was well worth the results.

We engaged Chem-Dry to clean two area rugs and to clean, re-seal and polish granite countertops. The sales rep assured us that our appliances and wood floors would be covered/protected during the granite work, but the service technician did not follow through. As a result, we were left to clean up the overspray (cleaner and polish) on the appliances and floors. Very dissatisfied with Chem-Dry and will never use them again.

Professional and thorough technician and cleaning. No harsh chemicals, detergents or soaps were used. Dry time was 2 hours instead of what I have had in the past, 24 hours. Best in the industry!

They made a very chaotic day a little easier. The guy who came out was on time and very friendly. My carpet looked great afterwards because, he was able to get out a tough red juice stain. I went to the warehouse where the rugs are cleaned and cared for. I observed as the rugs were fed into huge bins of water and gently washed. After the rugs were washed they were removed and carefully dried. The entire process took too long for me to stay and watch. The people working there were professional, answered all my questions and very thorough in their work. Seeing how Chem - Dry operates was all it took to convince me that this is where I will have my rugs cleaned. Every rug I saw looked brand new!!

We have been customers of First Coast Chem-Dry since 1997 and have always been happy with the results. They are punctual, friendly and professional and our carpets are always bright and spotless when they leave.

I was very pleased and happy with what Troy did he was a gentleman and very much on time very warm and receptive

The main stains on our carpet, while it was still wet, had diminished, but when it dried they came back. Ryan sprayed the carpet in spots, then wet a mop and put it on a rotating machine and then proceeded to go over the carpet. All the spots returned. He said they could not get a couple of the spots clean at all but when he left I took woolite carpet cleaner and got them up. The area was a living room/dining room and hallway. He ran the machine for only 30 minutes and charged $217 - not what was quoted. The high traffic areas were gone over with only the wet mop. Truly a disaster. Will never use them again and suggest everyone should call someone else. I will.

I was quoted $129 for a single room cleaning plus $79 for PURT treatment. I was told the use of additional PURT solution would incur additional charges. When the technician inspected the room, he told me he would need to use an additional $200 worth of cleaning solution. I specifically asked him if the carpet was beyond saving and he assured me the PURT solution would rid the room of lingering pet odor. After treatment the room smelled worse than it did prior to treatment! I spent a week running box fans in the room trying to get the carpet to fully dry... and ended up replacing the carpet anyway. $400 down the drain. Dont bother with PURT treatment.

Excellent service with superb results!

I was very disapointed. The carpets didnt look any better after they completly dried than before I had them cleaned. I showed the Chem-Dry employee some stains that needed extra attention and the stains are still there, one of the stains was never even treated or cleaned. I will not use them again. It was several hundered dollars to have all the carpets and a sofa cleaned. I could have rented a cleaner for a lot less and had better results.
