Awesome customer service, technicians did not try to rip me off with additional, unnecessary services and/or parts like some places. Because of this, will most likely return. The technician patiently answered all my questions. The young lady working the counter has the best customer service skills. All retails reps should learn from her.

The top tier car wash option is just as good as a hand detail, but much cheaper, especially if you purchase the monthly unlimited package (I even got my first month free 😃). The subscription includes free vacuums as well as discount on oil changes for only $40. Not to mention, just two washes pay for that, so its a great deal.. I wont go anywhere else! I highly recommend 👌

This is the First drive-thru car wash that has actually cleaned all the dirt off of my SUV. Im really impressed, thus the 5 star rating. However, the prices are a little steep. They have 3 prices: $7, $13 & $20.

I just got back from a long road trip and my bumper was covered in bugs, went through the carwash and some bugs were still on my vehicle so I spoke to young lady at the front. She acknowledged the bugs and had me go through again. She also took the time to walk over to the employees who scrub the vehicle and asked that they make sure my bumper was scrubbed thoroughly. Overall very pleasant experience and great customer service. Wash would probably remove bugs from daily driving no issues. Will visit again.

Ive only washed my car here. Good car wash. Vacuums are powerful. The wash leaves my truck clean and dry. No traces of soap.

Love that you can skt in your car while they chage your oil. They DO give AC in your window. Also check your lights, tires and offer tire rotation. (Wont fix tires though) The car wash is great also and you get 1/2 price with oil change.

Went in for just a carwash, but just so happened to need my oil changed as well. I was in a bit of a rush that day, but decided to let them go ahead and change my oil. They were very quick with my oil change, and I got a free car wash with my oil change. Everyone was so courteous and professional.

Pretty easy getting in. I ordered a oil change n they filled my other fluids checked tire pressure. The only thing I dont like was I was charged more.money than sign said so I dont really like feeling ripped off. But I would have gladly paid just wish it hadnt been snuck in.

Iv been bringing my trucks here for awhile. Iv recently purchased a new one. I took it in yesterday 2/3/21 and got its first oil change. I was very disappointed. There was only two young guys in there it was around 5:15. The one young guy got started on my truck. When he got through and I paid and left. I could smell oil burning real bad. Pulled over and the guy that changed it did not bother to clean the mess he left under the truck. When I looked there was oil dripping from everything from him removing oil filter. They have in the past sprayed a cleaner under there n cleaned it. He did not. Then I looked at the oil filler cap n there was oil all over top of Motor. He did not even take the time to clean that up. They never checked air in tires. Just not the experience Iv had there in the past. Did I mention Iv got oil that has sprayed everywhere under my truck from him not cleaning the mess up from pulling oil filter. Just very disappointed.

Service was friendly but the maintenance was well below standard. I had an oil change completed on Jan 15 around 2pm. The next morning I started my vehicle and immediately a low oil pressure light came on. Upon further inspection, all the engine oil was on my driveway and the oil filter, which is located on the top of the engine, was loose. I have left messages and still no response. I paid $70+ dollars for a full synthetic oil change and now having to pay for more oil and a new filter. I hope Gwatney handles this accordingly and makes it right. I called Gwatzilla and Gwatney Chevrolet. I have left multiple messages with no responses.Update: 1/16/2018 4:46pmI was going to service my vehicle myself, but upon further investigation, I found that the technician, who had used a strap wrench, torqued my filter cap too tightly and cracked the top of it right down the middle (see attached photos). Now I have to order the cap through BMW and I am now going to be without my vehicle for a least a week. I still have not received any call or email from Gwatney concerning any of this. After repeated calls and messages left, once again.Update: 1/25/2018 12:23pmThrough this entire process I have been working with Angel King who is the manager at Gwatzilla. She has been the most superb individual I have ever dealt with. Completely professional and understanding. If you ever go to this facility, I would ask for her by name. Not only did she personally handle the whole situation, but she cleaned the oil from my driveway, put me in a rental for the entire time I was without a vehicle, and graciously gave me a free detailing and oil changes. All on her own, she totally made up for the issue and then some. Such a pleasant person to be around.

When I pulled in to park I was immediately met by a Decent looking young man who introduced himself as Jacob and gave me a warm greeting and welcome. He explained to me all I needed to do was pull up to the door and park for a moment until he could guide me in. Jacob Chris and Tim seems to work seamlessly together and got me in and out in less than 15 minutes total I believe. So I’d say as long as Jacob is there I’m sure I will be going back To Gwatzilla. Carwash:Just average. Residue still on vehicle from bugs and dirt. For the price (I had the value package) I expected a little more. Dont expect your car to come out completely clean. Glad the vacuums are free!

Quick way to get a thorough car wash.

After using them for a while, they finally offered a multiple package price option for car washes. I like that i can choose the price package and have options to add services when they make sense to me.

Really top notch service professionals at Gwatzilla. Quick and competent service and they really go the extra mile in explaining any issues but without any hard up sell. I like being able to sit in my truck while they do the work. In my 30 years driving, this is the best oil change/service experience I’ve ever had.

Paid $18.00 and there was dirt still on my car. They have two guys that are using a brush on the front of your car as your going into the car wash. There was blood from hitting a raccoon on the bumper and they didnt get it off. Also the tire shine solution was a hit and miss and then ended up down the side of my truck. Would not recommend this place. $18.00 for a car wash that didnt do the job is outrageous.

You drive up and pay at a machine before entering. Once youre in the staff guide you onto the rail before prepping your car and sending you through. The staff are always thorough with the prewash and the car wash itself is pretty good. I have noticed that my truck seems to look a little better afterwards if I go when its slow, but its a small difference.

We take both of our vehicles here every week. Good wash and tire shine.

Don’t ever come here. They are open but the car wash side told me they are “closed today”. Well then why and how did I just walk into the open lobby if they’re closed?? Straight lying going on here. Bye. (I also called beforehand to verify they are open for oil changes)

Efficient oil change, but staff came across as ignorant and uninformed. I do not ever leave reviews, but I left after an oil change knowing I will never be back to this location. If the techs had not already started on my vehicle, I would of left. The tech taking my information asked about military service, to which i replied, it probably wont matter, but my husband is ex-British army. Instead of him simply replying sorry, thats not our policy, he proceeded to tell me as an American, he just couldnt. 1. This gentleman had no idea what my husbands status is here (ie, citizen) and 2. I find it neither the time nor the place to express your political views to patrons. Im fairly confident Gwatney appreciates the revenue generated above some ridiculous and quite honestly insulting generalization from one of its staff members. In the future, please be mindful you have every right to your opinion, but please leave them at home or express them after a patron leaves so your employer maintains their repeat business. As for this patron, Ill drive my happy little tail 30 miles out of the way to the dealership for my future oil change needs. Thanks!!

Did the haunted car wash, was aittle sad that they were earning $20 a car and not at least donating some of it to a good cause. Seemed a little greedy....line was wrapped around the building g.

My car was losing oil from what I figured to be a punctured oil filter. They quickly found out that it was a cracked oil pressure sensor. Told me what I needed, I walked across the street to auto zone, got it. They had me back up and running with an oil change and a new sensor within the hour. I will now be taking all 3 of my vehicles here.Professional staff and great atmosphere 👌

We went through the first time and the woman that was supposed to be washing the back of our car did it effortlessly and carelessly. There was still dirt. 18 dollars and I could wipe dirt off my car! We called and got a second free car wash. The man that answered the phone was nice but the woman did the same thing. After 2 car washes we can still wipe dirt of the car. I do reccomend coming when people that actually care are working.

This place is amazing! It is so convenient taking your vehicle here for an oil change. They go through your vehicle top2bottom to ensure everything is in working order and even do a tire alignment check. When you get any type of service done you get a huge discount off a vehicle wash. The vehicle washes are a little pricey but they do come out looking hand detailed. Everything from a perfect shine on the paint to the perfect shine on the tires. The oil change prices which I have done on my vehicle here are competitive prices.

I want to tell everyone that the guys and the owner of Godzilla are top of the line.last weekend I had a problem with a car I had bought in Jacksonville, the guys seviced the car and then it would not start.instead raising Cain about it being in there bay,all the guys and the owner jumped in and did everything they could to get the car started..they went over and beyond what that had to do and they tried to help me..its was last Saturday. These guys are a great example of how it used to be in this country when everyone wasnt strictly out for the all mighty dollar..thank you guys for a great job.( Well done,). Good first few times then they broke my dipstick I had to purchase the new one before i got reimbursed. Other than that, Good place to get oil changed if u dont have a lot of time.

Had a dead battery I bought a while back from them and they replaced it with no hassles. Went there the same day for oil change, their made sure I was comfortable. Very polite, offered water kept the car cool with portable AC unit while I waited. Oil change took less than 30 mins. Employees go out of their way for customer satisfaction. Will do business with them again.

The technicians are very friendly and super quick. My favorite thing is that you can stay in your vehicle while they service it. As a mother of 3 this is a lot less stressful! I have a spring on my oil cap, they accidentally messed it up. The manager was extremely nice and went above & beyond to locate me a new one!

For $18 and 3 minutes of your time their machine can make your vehicle shine like no other place. They also have a new soap that sticks to your windshield for a few weeks and it makes rain just fly off your windshield. Never noticed it until now but its nice because you can go 70 MPH in a rainstorm and you dont need your windshield wipers.Great place.

We visited the business today... Almost about 35 minutes ago to be exact. We got an $6 car wash and paid an additional $2 for the tire shine. When we came out of the car wash the workers had cones up so we couldnt take advantage of the vacuuming services so my husband went and asked if they could move the cones not once but twice. After the second time asking I guess somebody decided that it would be ok for us to go ahead and use the vacuuming services but we would only get 5 minutes. After i guess the five minutes went by the vacuums went off and we werent done. A guy with tattoos on his face and the side of his head shaved came out and told us that they were closed and to come back in the morning. I told him we werent done yet and he went on to tell me that vacuuming is a free service anyway and walked off. I feel that that was very rude. If we werent gonna get to take advantage of the full services then our money shouldnt have been taken to begin with. We wont be coming back there again and whoever the guy is that works there needs to learn better customer service.

Had to get my oil changed before a long trip. They were quick and efficient.

Paid for the 18$ car wash not only did the wash not completely clean the car it also scratched my driver door up, after bringing it up to the workers we filed an incident report and was informed that they will call us in a few days. Three weeks later and me calling them for 2 days straight they finally got back to me and investigated my claim to tell me that there was no way his wash damaged it will never do business with them again.

Best car wash in central Arkansas. Not only affordable but they hand wash with brushes for free before entering. Unlike ZIPS Car Wash which won’t even allow Jeep Wranglers.
