Worked with Stephen over there. Definitely one of the hardest working guys over there. And they all have some hard workers there. He worked with me over the phone and communication was excellent. I bought a car from him without even stepping foot in the showroom. I have never done that before and that was because he made the experience easy and got it done. To end it all he even drove 2.5 hours out of the way to meet me half way to deliver the car since I lived 5 hours away. Now that is service. Stephen is your guy but the whole team over there is just incredible.

Terrible dealership, have been in three times to buy a car over 6 years. Staff is unprepared for appointments and does not provide requested information in a timely manner. I’ve bought both less and more luxurious cars and had far better service on both ends of the spectrum.

I was driving from southwest Florida to Raleigh NC when my AC stopped working. I googled the closest Audi dealership and found Orange park. I called and advised the service manger I would be there in an hour and was ‘on the road’. The service manger Rachel said she would be ready when I got there and she wasn’t kidding! I pulled in and within 5 minutes my car was in a bay, within 25 minutes my issue was diagnosed and within an hour I was back on the road. The entire staff was amazingly friendly and welcoming. I can’t recommend them enough. Hands down my best Audi dealership experience.

First time taking my Q5 to Audi OP for service - I was surprised when I received a link to a video from the technician showing me the error codes from his laptop while he was still diagnosing the problem. The video let me know what I suspected was true ... in addition to a couple things I did not know from my own diagnostics. I called the Audi Dealership in a panic the day before I was leaving for vacation with a nail in the tire. I wasnt far away and was able to get it there, whew! This was my third Q7 and was the WORST experience. They could not get the internet to work properly in the vehicle. Then when it did after weeks, I lost 12 months off my old plan which will not get that money back. They didnt know how to set the back door, had to look at a video from another dealer. I didnt get a copy of the paperwork and now US Bank keeps sending me bills from the previous vehicle as it seems they did not pay back the loan. I have to deal with this now and the dealership is not responsive about it. This is a complete nightmare and I am paying four figures a month for this. Never again will I get another Audi, and also, the technology is very outdated that is very disappointing. After 3 years, I will look somewhere else for an SUV for my family.

Avoid this place at all costs!!!! I was car shopping on a Sunday and ended up test driving an Audi A4, when I came back they quoted me a price which was well above market value for that car.. After going back and forth for a few minutes about the price I decided to leave but not before they brought out the big gorilla 🦍 (Greg the finance manager). This A$$hole insulted me and was discussing my financial info loud enough so that the entire dealership could hear. The prices here inflated beyond reason because it’s one of 2 Audi dealers in the city. Do yourself a favor and drive down to south you’ll get a much better deal.

Found a car I’ve been looking for a very long time. Drove 5 hours for the car and I was not happy from the get go.I was in contact with Jared, whom is the New Car Manager. Awesome at communication and getting things done in a timely manner, so when I arrived I expected to be working with him. I did not work with him at all, but was handed off to another sales person whom knew next to nothing. I had brought along a friend to accompany me on my trip to the dealership and the sales person was more interested in talking with him about his personal vehicles, rather than having a normal conversation with the buyer of the vehicle he was “selling” me.My honest opinion of this place is there is a communication problem and customer satisfaction was not met even remotely close.But a HUGE thank you to Frank the Finance Directer for having a good sense of humor and interest in what I had to say. He listened to all of my questions and answered professionally, but still maintained that standard of treating me like a normal human being. I bought a used 2019 Dodge Charger RT from them end of November last year. Customer service was nice and all we spoke candidly for quite a while before I signed the dotted line. Only a few things that brought my experience down from a 4 to 5 star experience; miles were misstated by 10k the entirety of the conversation which I didnt find out until I was finishing up the process of financing the car, car was sold to me above market price, but I bought it anyway because they offered to pay the entirety of my trade in vehicle off which was about 4-5k more than the car was worth. I thought thats a sweet deal I should take it, unbeknownst to me until after I had the car for 3 days the front bumper was dented on both sides in the groove where the lower grill was inserted it was badly lightly scratched and there was tear where one of the dents were which all couldnt be noticed unless you studied it very hard and looked at the front bumper very closely from the side. All in all it cost me all the way up until yesterday a whopping $1200-$1300 and thats on top of having put down nearly 3k and financing the car for 30k before taxes and fees. NEEDLESS TO SAY I WILL NEVER BUY AN AUDI OR BUY FROM AN AUDI DEALERSHIP FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE. buying brand new Audis from them cool, but for the love of god anybody who sees this do not buy anything used from them...

Spent 20 minutes or so looking at the car/meeting the staff. Was told that a seller already had a deposit on the car and was flying in to finish the purchase and that buyer would arrive any minute. So this dealership let me drive in to look at a car they werent able to sell me. Inconsiderate.

Yesterday I found a Audi Q3 on this dealers website. I submitted an offer and within minutes I was contacted by Nina. She worked with me to negotiate a price and once we reached an agreement I agreed to come in. Upon arrival the car was waiting by the door and we went for a test drive. I knew before arriving this was the car for me since I’ve been researching it for a while. I was in and out in under two hours. Nina was super friendly and very down to earth. It was 7 oclock in the evening (well after banks had closed) and we were told we could not test drive a vehicle unless we literally bought it in the next hour. Never heard of (and probably never will again) a car dealership requiring a purchase commitment before letting you even test drive the car!!!!!!!!!. Completely unprofessional.

They worked with me for almost a month, and I got a car that I was not expecting to Get but God allowed these Men ( Glen, Leo and Cole) to help put me in a beautiful new car and I will working with them again a and sending Family and Friends to Audi of Orange park1/12/2021took my car to the manufacturer to be fixed And was told I could not be helped so I was recommended to bring to back the dealership where I rough try car. I Got my car serviced by Al Miller and he was an excellent communicator and he went above and beyond to help me and contact the extended warranty company to make sure that my experience with them was SUPERB!!!! Thank you so much!!!!

Ask for LEO!!!!! His professionalism from start to finish was beyond awesome! He communicated with me from out of state and once I arrived in Florida he even picked my wife and I up from the Airport. This gentleman’s customer service was honorable- he deserves an Award!!! If you have the opportunity to shop with Audi Orange Park please take my word and see ONLY Leo...
