Fantastic FBO! The Line service guys greeted us promptly, asked if we needed anything, and were there with bottles of water ready for us. I have flown into the other FBO across the way in jacksonville, and they cannot hold a candle to the excellent service we were provided at Sheltair. The line guys were also incredibly knowledgeable about airplanes, as they had a few F-18s on their ramp, and were able to tell us all kinds of things about them. My children really got a kick out of it. I will never be flying into the other FBO in jacksonville. Only sheltair for my family from now on!

The ABSOLUTE worst FBO I have ever used. An employee by the name of Nancy...claimed she had two van reservations for our crew waiting for us...turns out when we arrived I would now have to pick them up at the main airport terminal. Upon further investigation, no attempt at a reservation was made. We ended up taking three taxis is due to our tight schedule.The day prior we ordered 80k lbs of fuel for a 0930 fueling time. 0930 the next day...no truck. 1030 he finally rolls up with about 20k of gas in the truck....obviously 1/2 full. An hour later and numerous calls on VHF...he is back with the rest. ONLY to find out he cant process our AirCard at the truck and has to make the round trip back to the FBO office (we are parked on Cargo3 @ KJAX). This service is absolutely UNSAT for an air carrier service who runs on a tight duty day and takeoff/land time schedule. In the end we departed 2.2 hours late and a bad taste in our mouths. Thank you SheltAir for providing best service possible. We will never be using you again.
