Fast and cheap just like me. JKJK Girl at the front was great. If you are only needing space for one month book through the website. If youre going to stay longer than that go inside and books because right now theyre offering either the first ones free or the second month free which in the long run is a bigger savings.

I am from Europe moving to the US soon and when I called the location here to ask about storage options the woman on the phone was very helpful and took her time to understand me through my accent, her name was Courtney I believe. When I move I cant wait to store my items here.

Very clean facilities and the customer service is awesome! I will continue to use Extra Space storage in the future when I require storage space. The Girvin Rd. location in Jacksonville, FL was perfect for my storage needs and they care about their customers.

I have always used Uhaul storage. I had a unit with them prior to moving in preparation of my recent move. On moving day, we get to uhaul and learned that the elevator was out and had been out of days and we had to unload our packied moving truck up 3 flights of stairs so I found these guys and I was truly impressed with how clean the storage was and how efficient the online rental process was. I am a forever customer!

I spoke with a friendly but professional customer service rep by the name of Courtney that not only handled my questions but also explained in detail why changes were made to my account. I appreciate when customer service is handled in a such a good matter. I’d suggest other companies and employees to mimic that young ladies professionalism if they aren’t already. Keep up the great work you guys!

Third rate hike in 18 months. The facility is clean and secure, which salvages the rating. I am looking forward to my wife and I buying a bigger house so I can finally move out of this storage unit.

Just moved to Arlington from Connecticut about a month ago and needed to store some of my not-so-important items somewhere decent. Checked out a few companies but ultimately chose this place. I walked in and was greeted immediately by a lovely young woman whose name I’ve unfortunately forgot. I think she might have been the manager. She went with me through the whole process and was extremely helpful. I ended up renting a 5’ x 10’ and when I went to the unit I was impressed at how well kept and clean the unit was and the building and lobby in general because I have had horrible experiences in the past. I will absolutely use this place again and recommend to everyone I know. Thank you for a great experience and all the help!

Fantastic customer service! First rate facility!I have been a customer for four years and had two units there. I asked Mark Morrisseltte if there was a chance that I could get the units closer together. Not only did he follow up with my request but, he did even better! He found me one unit that would accommodate my storage needs and save me money to boot! On top of that the facility is clean well lit and security is tight!
