I found Grays Auto Interior on my google search. I needed my car upholstery cleaned. They did not do this type of service, HOWEVER, the gentlemen who answered the phone suggested some ways for me to clean the two-toned leather upholstery. He could have said come on in for an estimate to re-upholster, but he didnt. I give five stars for honest information. When I need help that they can do, I will go to their shop. Thank you!!!

Ronnie (and his crew) is AWESOME!! My daughter just used her entire saving for a 2010 Mini Cooper. A few weeks after the glass fell out of the back of the convertible top. She called MINI and they wanted over 4000. to replace the top. Tears were flowing!!! They said NOBODY will fix it, they will only replace and good luck finding someone else that will work on a Cooper. I called everyone I could think of nearest first for her and only 1 company offered to help. Grays Auto. I made the hour drive and it was worth it! They fixed it and gave me a great price to replace the top for when she has enough money saved. I can not say enough good things about this company. Great people that care! They really, truly do. I am forever grateful and they have a customer for life.

Ive taken 3 or 4 of my late model cars to them for repair. The worse thing is, you have to schedule to bring something in for repair. They are always busy. There are very few shops that do this kind of work and even fewer that have good prices. Definitely go see them.

I have a 2003 Mitsubishi Eclipse Spyder (convertible) that had suddenly started leaking after a heavy rain but the top is in pretty good condition. Me being a mechanic myself. I took a look at it, and figured it was something to do with the seals rather than the actual top. But wanted a second opinion before I actually did anything like order parts I dont need. Especially because Ive never actually worked specifically on a convertible feature of a car. I looked up multiple upholstery and convertible repair places. Grays Auto Interior was the closest one to me and had really good reviews. My first impression was its a little rinky dink kinda place. And it was a little bit hard to find, but I kept in mind some of the best mechanics in the world are still working out of their own personal garage at home, and started asking around for who I spoke on the phone with. As soon as I talked to the guy (my apologizes, I already forgot his name) who was willing to look at my car. I instantly realized that this isnt a rinky dink place, its a mom and pop shop with people who could be considered trade masters. These guys for sure know their stuff. Two guys came out and started inspecting seals, stitching, how the door sits, alignment of every single thing that could cause a leak. They looked at it for fifteen minutes and came to the conclusion that all it needs is some glue underneath the seals to keep them in place better. (He did say he wasnt going to for sure say that it would fix the leak, but it was worth a try) Friendly as can be, he told me eventually I might need a new top one day, but not now. And that if the glue didnt fix my problem to take it back. And when I asked for the price he said hes not out to rip anyone off, for small jobs like this, hes fine with doing it for free. If i ever need a new top, Ill for sure take it to these guys to have it put on.After leaving, it immediately started to rain, and I didnt notice a single drop leak through. Great place for convertible work, will always recommend!

I had a problem with the Headline of my convertible and could not find anybody in my area (south of SC) who would repair it at an acceptable price. So I called Grays and they were already very nice and helpful on the phone. I decided to get on the road for a three hour trip to Jacksonville and it was so much worth it. Ronnie was amazing! He checked the problem and repaired the top within 15 minutes. Shall I tell you that he didnt take any money because it was done so quickly? I am so impressed by the professionalism and kindness of Ronnie and his employee. Although the shop is really hard to find, I found the place to go with any problems regarding the top and interior or my car - and I can highly recommend doing the same!

Ronnie is extremely knowledgeable and has been in the business for 30+ years. It is always a challenge finding honest and excellent car services. But I for one have found the premier upholstery and convertible top repair guy!! I am very happy for the work he has done on my Pontiac Solstice. When other shops told me I had to replace my entire top Ronnie was able to repair it with superior work. I also have a small rip in my seat that will be getting done next week for a fraction of the cost from the other guys. You want fancy dont go here. Needed headliner replaced for my truck. After calling a few places and getting quotes, I decided to rely on previous customers feedback and went with Grays Auto Interior. Im so glad I did too. Wow, Grayss service was fantastic. I brought in my 2002 Ford Taurus. The side panel cloth on the driver side was peeling off. Took it to Grays and it looks like new. I will definitely be back!

Gray’s auto interior is by far the best place for convertible top repair. Gray’s fixed my convertible top fast and did a wonderful job. They have wonderful customer service and I would recommend them for anyone needing their convertible top fixed.

Genuinely honest and friendly establishment. It provides quality work at a reasonable price. If you need convertible top repairs or replacement, this is the place to bring your business. His estimate to replace the top on my Thunderbird was a full $600 cheaper than a local competitor. Also, I was told by the competitor that my top could not be repaired or resealed. All this advise was given without having bothered to look at the car. At Grays a polite technician took a quick look and said they would be happy to get it resealed from leaks until I was ready to replace the top. They now have me as a customer....
