I had an absolutely amazing experience Mikey was very professional and help me out tremendously was very flexible with my work hours and everything got my car up and going it drives like a Cadillac and it’s only a Honda Civic thank you so much USA tires and Mikey for looking helping The process be so easy.

The place is nice, and they carry quality parts. But I was in a serious pickle when s friend hit s curb in my car and busted the rim all up. They werent trying to help me out at all!! They were charging more for a used tire than other places were charging for a brand new steel rim!!

Beyond happy with the tires and would come here again for my next set.

I paid for a set of new tires at 12:00, and told that it’d be 2.5 hours due to them being short handed, but they would call me. I agreed and paid, and at 4:30pm I came back to find my truck still not finished. This business doesn’t have the sufficient amount of employees to perform services advertised.

I went to tires USA because I have a slow leak the people there took my tire off reseal The edge and put it back on and did not charge me a nickel. Im visiting from out of town. I am grateful to this company and would say they are an honest good company to deal with.

Went to get quote. Agents, even supervisor nice but started shaking parts on the car and knocking with small hammer like they wanted something to fall off. Got different quote and had nothing to do with their issue addressed.

The guy who runs the front desk is a huge help. All my tires were going bad and unfortunately my AC went out in my house the morning i was getting my tires changed. I couldnt afford all of them. He had some used ones that were in better shape and hooked me up with them. Ryan is a good guy. Thanks!

Tire pressure was low so I stopped in to have it checked (working, so needed good air pressure). Found a nail in the tire!! Wonderful service, took all of 15 minutes!

Went there for an alignment for a 2012 Hyundai Genesis just because I knew that since I purchased the car 8 months ago that it was time. When they finished the alignment, the car had a hard pull to the right. They told me I needed tires because 3 of the 4 were cuffed. So I bought new tires,. After 3 more attempts to get it aligned ,WITH NEW TIRES,WITH NO SUCCESS, I was told that they would refund me for the botched alignment. Since it makes no sense to drive on 4 new tires without an alignment, I headed to another shop. This was about a 3 1/2 hour ordeal. I am very disappointed in the workmanship. I will definitely not be back.Update 7-5-2020: After having this issue. The Manager was quick to rectify the issue. I am 100% satisfied with the outcome.
