This gem of a store has been hiding on Park Street. Awesome customer service from start to finish. I have found a new auto repair shop for all my automotive needs. Thanks for being honest and awesome.

I went to Tire Kingdom to replace 4 tires, change oil, and do a wheel alignment. I feel like they did a fine job with that.In addition to my tires, they also recommended quite a lot of additional services. Some of those items were entirely legitimate issues that needed to be fixed, but others were questionable. They werent pushy about it when I declined some of their recommendations.Overall Im satisfied with the services I received here, but do carefully consider any additional services that they recommend, and get a second opinion if its a lot.

These guys were my heroes after getting a flat 2 hours in to a 9 hour drive to NC. I pulled in right when they were closing. They still fixed my tire and got me safely on my way. Great work and service.

Tire Kingdom on park st. in Jax fl is awesome. I’ve gotten work done on my vehicle at several tire-kingdoms, but this one stands out. They are very professional and friendly. Being a female I get intimidated by repair shops but not at Tire-kingdom. I was comfortable with their work, recommendations and suggestions. Thanks guys.

I had an appointment at 9 oclock that I said be 3 and a 1/2 hours cause I had 10 vehicles in front of me with a valid appointment

Made appointment for 2 tires which had to be brought in from another store and alignment on Friday. Went in Wednesday at scheduled 2:00 appointment.... tires were NOT sent and they could not get me in until at least 3:30.... do I want to drop off my vehicleNever again Tire Kingdom !!!

Do not take your car here. They could have your car all day just to put 4 tires on. Happened to me when I took my car there a while ago to get 2 tires as well. I will not be returning to this location if I can ever help it. They did a bad job on my brakes as well and now I feel like I have to take it somewhere else to make sure it is safe for my family. The only reason I returned to this location was because it it a convenient location to me.update : One of the things fixed started malfunctioning the second time I drove the car.

This place is amazing. We were traveling from Florida to South Carolina and got a flat. They found the problem, got us a new tire, and back on the road in less than 45 minutes! Great service! Highly recommended!

Needed tires for my vintage Porsche. This was my first visit to this particular tire store - and Ive been to a few. The two sizes (front and rear) had to be special ordered as they are too unique to merit anyone stocking them. This is quite understandable but makes replacing them a little difficult.At first Gary was having a hard time finding a suitable pair. I also wanted both front and rear to be matching pairs. He had no success.At Garys suggestion my plan then became going on Tire Rack.com,, finding what I needed (huge selection) and then selecting this Tire Kingdom as installer. However, shortly after getting home I received a phone call from Gary. He did some more legwork and found exactly what I was looking for. I came back and ordered the tires at a very reasonable price. The tires arrived on time (two day wait) and I had them installed the next day. They ride great.All in all I was very satisfied with the total transaction. I also noticed they have a quite large and very clean shop. Im sure Ill be back.

If I could put 0 stars I would. Not only did the mechanic not put my lug nut lock key back in my car. The mechanic only put four lugnuts on. So I am now missing one lugnut and can no longer remove the locked lugnut. Great job! I will never return to another tire kingdom again. Go back to mechanic school.

My car has developed a low tire and I needed it fixed. I called at 10 am and even though they were very short on technicians went ahead and worked me in. Very friendly and efficient staff

Hands down would absouslty come to Tire Kingom for any and all car related fixes. I have been horribly ripped off in the past and normally bring someone has a second voice of reason but time didnt premit this morning. I walked in to a clearly business operation and was met with AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. Sure they are busy but they still had time to be friendly and welcoming, looked at my tire and said no biggie we got you! I felt confident no one was pulling my chian and they even were able to patch my tire on my time frame, BOW DOWN TO THE TIRE KING! The best tire expereince I have ever had...and thats saying a lot because my tires are like magnets when it comes to attracting nails and random sharp objects. Will totally be back, but hopefully not too soon!

Needed an oil change they offered full Valvoline synthetic and tire rotation with $20 off. They did as advertised they greased all fittings was in and out quickly. It probably would have been the same price if I had done it myself. They were very nice well run. I walked away very pleased.

These guys have always been professional. Had a tire issue and was unable to wait for the repair because they were really busy. They put air in my tire and sent me on my way. Did not have to do that, I am grateful. Will definitely return to them for my tire needs.

My appointment was for 9:00am needed my truck by 11:30am! By 12:00pm my truck has still not been looked at! All i needed was 1 tire fixed or replaced! would never recommend Tire Kingdom to any one at least not the one located on park street in Jacksonville Florida. Believe me they do not care. their excuse for not having my truck looked at yet we were backed up!! unacceptable!!!!

The staff here was off the charts helpful. We blew a tire on 95 and brought the SUV we were driving there and Patrick and crew had us back on road with 30 minutes. Cant say enough good things bout how they treated us and great shop they have in Jacksonville!!!!!

Quality of service is pretty good. Just like anywhere they’ll try to get as many services out of you as possible so they can rack up the bill. The inside of their lobby isn’t the nicest but they do treat your car better than the coffee station.

I brought my car in early, and Mike promptly found out what I needed and let me get to work on time. Then He and Brian did very fast and thorough work on my car. They even tied down the splash guard on the underside of my car for free, which was very kind and which they could have charged me for. Plus, they were friendly and easy to work with. Thanks a lot, guys!

Just recently had a tire blow out while on the highway and had my car towed to here. Mike, the manager was very helpful through the whole process. Took me out to the bay to show me how all 4 of my tires were wearing on the inside wall and and the other 3 tires could potentially end up just like the first. He worked with me to leave my car there several days as I purchased 4 new wheels and tires from an online retailer which he and his team installed and aligned as soon as they arrived. Austin made sure my old wheels, lug nuts, and spare parts were all in my car. These guys are very easy going and do good work. Highly recommend!

This is absolutely absurd multiple attempts to get my truck serviced here made an appointment at 930 this time. return at 12 to find they havent even started they rush out to try and complete I told them I absolutely have to be done by 12 so took my unserviced truck and left wastedmy entire sat morning.. takes 30 mins to check in while 1 employee is working and 3 are sitting staring at me. The entire time Im being checked in being told they understand how I have an appointment but they are real busy so theyll try. Should have taken that as a red flag and left. Last oil change they rotated my tires and never reset my TPMS have returned 3 subsequent times to have this corrected and somehow they have failed to accomplish this every time..how this place operates is beyond me if you can not complete the amount of work you have dont continue to take work. I will never recommend or return to this garage and think some serious internal evaluation needs to occur as its obvious the workload is very dysfunctional

Paid for 4 tires a week ago in order to get the special, got there to find they sold the tires that I paid for, had to order new tires and did the same to the lady behind me in line.

Made an appointment for two tires. Arrived 15 minutes early and was told I would have to leave car for several hours. What is the point of having appointments if you are not able or will to perform service at that time.

I took my truck to this tire kingdom a little over a month ago to get some tires put on and save some money. The technician they had working on my truck (a y’all white guy) destroyed the left front end of my truck and air flow sensors on my engine after I told his manager to keep from under my hood. They’ll comment and say I can’t prove it, but I didn’t have one problem with my truck until I went to them and I had my personal mechanic confirm that the front end left side had been tapered with and destroyed. NEVER TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THESE CLOWNS. Cost me over $1000 to fix and it could have cost my life!

Doesnt value customer time by not giving customers with appointments priority. Dont waste your time as they have no problem wasting yours.

Arrived early for my appointment and based on the limited conversation and attitude I quickly gathered my 4 tire purchase and installation wasnt a priority. Over an hour later Im still sitting in the lobby and looking at what appears to be the tires destined to go on my vehicle. This review may need an update going forward but, this will be the last visit here Im sure.In sitting and listening, its become clear theyre overbooking themselves and just dont prioritize very well. Techs appear to be working their butts off but, with the excessive booking they cant catch up. They need to stop or divert client appointments to another location of they cant handle the load in a timely fashion.Real-time update: the actual tires to be installed just arrived to the location. This really makes you scratch your head in regards to how appointments are set. What information is used in estimation and determining availability and what one tells the client.3 hours later, still waiting...In conclusion, I spent 4 and a half hours at this business and will not return ever nor recommend them to anyone. Its very poor planning and time management to operate in such an over booked under staffed manner. If you cannot service a customer in a timely fashion, be upfront instead of being greedy for business you cant actually handle.

I always bring my car here for regular oil changes or more detail maintenance issues. Ive never had any issues, I feel like the guys here are transparent and never pressure you to buy any services that you dont feel comfortable buying. Been a long time customer and plan on keeping it that way.

Overtightened my lug nuts and one sheared off when I removed the wheel a week later.

Got new tires here today and service was great. Only issue was that the website says that they are open until 6 on Saturday. They actually close at 2. But they called to give me a heads up at least.

Travelling from Canada to Largo, Fl and picked up a nail in my front tire sidewall. Called them, they couriered over a new tire, immediately installed it and I got back on the road. Great team, excellent service and a very happy customer!

I basically just showed up at 7 this morning hoping for the best but expecting the worst and these guys exceeded my best expectations, they mounted the tires on my mustang quicker than any other shop has ever done , best of all they didnt scratch my rims! I will definitely be a return customer.

Up until a few months ago, I loved this place and always had great service. The last two times have been problematic. (1) Really greasy shoes made stains all over my tan floor mat and (2) over 24 hours to either replace or repair a tire with road hazard warranty. I completely understand being busy BUT to not be allowed to make an appointment fix the tire....oh, its always A work in. I have never experienced anything like this! You are busy, I am busy,, thats what appointments are for. With that kind of service, my next tires definitely will not come from there!

The manager was so unprofessional taking about his employees in the lobby. That was not anyones business, he should have took it up with them behind closed doors, however the check in clerk and boss working on the car was so polite very well mannered and was happy to answer any questions.

I refer to the manager and team here as Prince Andrew and the Knights of Tire Kingdom. I have a terrific 2005 convertible which means...stuff happens.These guys are just the best. Theres an old line of Fast, Inexpensive, or Good. Pick Two. Here I ALWAYS get all three!

Ok to have the oil changed. Service person tested battery and wanted to charge $200 in labor plus $200 for battery. Not sure what they wanted to do. Grease Marks left on exterior as well as on seats. They are for oil changes but probably wouldnt have them work on anything else.

This is the only place I go in the riverside area for tires. It’s in a convenient location and the service is typically polite, quick and complete. Prices are fine.

I cant stress enough that I would never do business here again! I have found that Tire Kingdom is a terrible company to do any business with at all. But I went to this location out of an emergency. Immediately it felt like they were trying to take advantage of me. The estimate that I was shown was very different than the final bill. When I questioned them about this they were very unprofessional. I would rather be forced to walk miles then ever go back to this location

Andrew goes above and beyond to properly diagnose the problem and fix it as soon as possible. He’s a very honest and straight-forward employee. Any time I have car trouble I make sure it goes to him. In my experience he’s always had great customer service and the price never breaks the bank.

I went to Tire Kingdom on Saturday October 14th for a flat tire. I had checked their hours on google, which is listed from 7am-6pm. I also looked at their website, which listed the same hours and gave me the option to make an appointment. So I made an appointment for 11:30am. When I showed up, their hours were written on a piece of paper for 8am-2pm. When I said I had an appointment, the manager said they weren’t supposed to be taking appointments. He was nice to take me in, and I bought a new tire as mine could not be repaired.This morning, my new tire is completely flat, which I discovered trying to go to work. It looks like they did not seal the tire. They also said they would put more air in my spare tire, which they did not, so that’s flat too. I definitely won’t be going back to this location.

I brought my car there to that location because it was highly recommended. The 1st day I left my car there with John that was supposed to be fixing my car. I did not receive a call or any notification saying my car was not being worked on. John proceeded to argue and tell us that the store manager said not to fix the car, And he was not going to continue to argue because he argues at home with his wife enough. SMH thought this was very unprofessional and I never seen or heard anything like this in my life. I did allow my car to go back the next day to see a highly recommend it worker there, By the name of Andrew . He was awesome and fix my car in a timely matter showing the best customer service ever. I would probably not be going back to that location myself but if I had too or recommend anyone to go there I was strictly tell them to see him. He is phenomenal with what he does and an awesome worker.

I went in for an alignment and oil change. They told me it would be impossible to align because my idler and pitman arms were worn out. It was funny because I had them replaced prier to coming in. Total laziness. They did not reset my oil gauge. So I dont actually know if they changed it. John the manager tired over charging me on multiple other items.Bottom line is these guys have there heads up there butts and are looking to get one over on anyone they can. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Tire kingdom is a little slow but the location is beautiful

Happy with the tires, Tire tech left oily hand prints on my steering wheel and on the inside of my door. The shop manager cleaned the car and apologized. They handled this minor problem very quickly.

Took my car in for a leaking tire. They did an excellent job and got it done fast. Also had alignment and an oil change. Excellent communication and customer service Highly recommend them.

I would give them zero stars if possible. Gave me an oil change and they didn’t change the meter in the car. It took them half a day just for an oil change. They didn’t even call me to tell me my car was ready I had to call them. Oh and the left the skid plate lose so it started dragging and complete messed it up. I went back for them to screw it on and the said I would have to wait an entire day. What kind of service is that? Went some where else and it took them 5 minutes to help me out and they did not charge me at all.

This is my favorite tire kingdom Ive gone to them forever I just visited the other day just to get air in my tires they are good at everything they do the staff is wonderful I think its the best tire kingdom in the city but I am prejudiced!

If I could give zero stars, I would.I made an appointment for an oil change at 3:00pm. They told me my vehicle would be done within two hours. That sounds about right as the Conventional Oil Change Package comes with tire rotation and such. After this time, they called to tell they wont touch my car because the stick came up empty. I checked it myself again, and there was enough on the end to suggest there was still a quart in the tank, still within their policy. So, instead of making sure a bay was open for their appointments set, they shoved me down the line. Instead of telling me their policies upfront, they wasted two hours of my day. I guess Im happy it didnt work out with them because I apparently should have checked these reviews first, then I would have known better and gone somewhere else. I can change my own oil, I know what empty is. I was very upfront that it was LOW, yet they didnt ask to double check as to not waste everyones time. Do not spend your money here.---It would not allow me to respond to the automated, in personal reply. So here::No, I will not fill out the form, because it requires an email and phone number to submit what I already typed above. I receive enough spam, thanks. Look up the October 24th 3:00pm appointment for the location Ive already left this statement on, and move forward within your company appropriately. Im going to continue to tell people to avoid.

I walked in at 5:05 to have a tire repaired. I was told that they may not be able to get me since they were trying to finish up with other vehicles but to wait. After waiting a few minutes, I was told that they couldnt help me. Shortly after that, a white woman walked in and asked the same thing... they are currently repairing her tire. Needless to say, I would not recommend people to Go here.

Trustworthy mechanics, reasonably priced maintenance and repair. They wont try to deceive you. With an appointment, you can be in and out quickly. I will always take my Toyota here.

I brought my car in for an oil change last week and I was told it would be finished by the afternoon. Later that day It was getting close to six pm so I called and was informed that my car would not be available until the next day. No body bothered to call me, I had to check with them. When I picked my car up the next day I got on the interstate headed for Gainesville and as soon as my I got around forty MPH my car started shaking so bad I had to get off of the highway. So I brought it back to Tire Kingdom and they told me that when they rotated my tires they did it wrong and thats why my car was shaking. They also told me they did not have time to fix my car until the next day, even though they had damaged it in the first place. The manager told me he would personally make sure it was fixed early the next day, he would test drive it to be sure it was fine, etc. Basically he acted like he was doing me a favor even though he had been responsible not only for damaging my car but also for me missing an important appointment in Gainesville. He also told me it would be fine to drive on in spite of the shaking. I chose to be cautious and did not take my car back on the interstate. The next day after I brought my car back they called me a few hours later and told me it was actually a tire that was about to split that was causing the shaking and they would fix it for $160.00 . So I received two different explanations for why my car was shaking in two days, and the manager had told me it was okay to drive on a tire that was about to split. I refused their fraudulent offer to replace my tire and went to pick my car up. When I got there it was still in one of the garages. I asked the mechanic did you rotate the tires back and fix the shaking problem? yes, He lied. Then another mechanic came out and said they had not actually rotated the tires back yet, which was the only thing they had to do. So i waited another twenty minutes while they did a rush job on it. Now my car is constantly shaking and probably needs at least hundreds of dollars in repairs thanks to Tire Kingdom on Park Street. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

DONT GO HERE. They have messed up my appointment Times several times and they take forever. My car was dropped off early for a tire change at 400pm. Its 525 and I stopped by to ask if it was done and they still havent started on it. Even for a simple oil change it takes them hours. It isnt worth it. Go somewhere else.

This is the second time I have taken my car to this location. It is right around the corner from where I work. Staff is very helpful and the place is amazingly clean! I had a dead battery and they worked me in. So glad they are close by!

I called & made an appt a week ahead of time to get a brake light replaced, one bulb I was told it would only take a few minutes. My appt was 30 mins after they opened. I walked in 5 minutes earlier and my name was on the board. I told the front desk person that I was here for a scheduled appt, pointing to the board & he said they could not get to me until 2 to 3 hours. What is an appt for? I told the person on the phone that I was going to work afterward, he assured me it would not be a problem. That is why I scheduled my appt so early. I ended up being late to work & I didnt get my tail light fixed. So disappointing especially having to get up extra early on a Saturday morning for such a let down!!!!!
