Submitted all documents for wind mitigation discount and it was never applied to our account! Now I have to fight for my discount.

I have been trying for weeks to get renters insurance from State Farm, I initially got a quote from this office and the lady over the phone was pretty rude. She rather harshly told me the personal liability coverage I needed was a ridiculous amount although my landlord requires me to get it. Anyway no big deal, I call around to a couple other companies and come back to State Farm. I received a quote through their after hours office, which was very helpful and pleasant. When I called this office again today the woman said they do not offer renters insurance for mobile homes. Despite me saying I have been told by multiple State Farm agents that having a mobile home was not an issue, I was still unable to purchase renters insurance through this office. I then called State Farm’s main number and was redirected to Don Haneline’s office, and they gave me the renters insurance with no issues and overall were much more friendly and helpful than the people I spoke to at this office.

The staff at this branch is amazing! Any question I have is ever answered immediately and super friendly! Would recommend these people to anyone!

I purchased car insurance through this agency when we moved to this area 3 years ago. my wife and i have been with state farm since the 1980s having lived in various places around the usa. i have been trying to get house insurance quotes for a potential purchase for three weeks and no calls returned after four attempts. very poor service! takes your money and nothing in return for it. i will be changing providers to someone who wants my business

Terrible service. I recently moved from a different state to FL and requested a Homeowners Insurance quote. The girl that I spoke with on Friday March 16th said that she will send me the information next week. I said OK. I sent her an email Tuesday and Wednesday due to not receiving any quotes or email or calls, and never received a response, I called the office on Thursday and spoke with Otis Johnson, to find out that the girl was out of the office for the entire week. She never mentioned this and nobody else made me aware of it.Otis said that he will have her contact me next week when she comes in. I said OK. The next week, I let Monday go by (Never received an email, or response to my previous sent emails or emails about a quote), Tuesday goes by (no response or contact). I finally call the office BACK on Wednesday March 28th and the girl answers the phone, I asked if she had received my emails... no response... I asked if she had the quote that I had requested 2 weeks ago... and she said that the system was currently down at the moment and she couldnt do anything right now. and that she will get back to me by tomorrow or as soon as the system comes back up.Today is Friday March 30th, and although I asked her to please let me know if they were still having issues by the end of the week... NONE OF MY EMAILS HAVE BEEN ANSWERED!!!! FYI. I sent another email this morning and is now 1:00PM and guess what...? NO RESPONSE YET...I have been with State Farm for over 10 years... and although not all the offices are as bad as this one... I will be having another office handle my coverage...This particular office have showed me that communication, to them, means nothing and theyre just worried about your money.Extremely disappointing and will NOT recommend this State Farm Insurance Agent to anyone.
