Amazing staff, everyone I have talked to in this office has been courteous, friendly, respectful and always willing to help in any way they can. Tina and Melissa are wonderful and will go out of their way to help you and find you the best possible rates. They are always happy even when you know they probably deal with difficult, unfriendly people on a daily basis but they have always been so kind and listened to me bare my soul. Highly recommend them for insurance policy for home, vehicle or vessel. Best rates Ive found and I cant say enough nice things about the staff.

Never calls back, never makes good by changes on policy, never does what she says and still charges me even though I cancelled last month....

Worst agent I’ve ever dealt with! It’s taken months to get my policy canceled and after saying it finally was I just received yet another bill saying it was reinstated yet again. I never even signed up with Melissa just got assigned to her when my agent left the company and it’s been nothing but issues since. Only good thing was my bank waived fees because she was so rude to them. I would NEVER use Melissa as my agent and hesitate to use State Farm ever again considering they allow her to represent them the way she does.

Working with this office and agent has been one of the worst experiences and I’ve been with State Farm since I was 16. The management here is non existent and it shows through the untrained employees. The employees cannot give proper service or insight to products because they’re not trained to assist customers with their needs. We got transferred to this agent automatically, it was not a choice. Also, when we needed a home insurance quote we could not get anyone to call us back. It took over 7 times of reaching out to both the agent and the office via email and phone call to get any response on where our quote was etc. We ended up not getting our home insurance through State Farm because this office made the experience so miserable that we switched.Do not trust this agent with your insurance needs. Take it from one of the employees that was attempting to help us at the very last second that said and I quote “you made the right choice in going somewhere else because it’s so bad here I’m about to quit today.”

I did not have a good experience with this office. Ive decided to hire another local insurance company for our home insurance and trying to cancel with this office has been a disappointing experience. It seems no one at the office knows what is going on or communicates with anyone else in the office.

Wonderful!! I cant say enough good things about Melissa and her agency. She is always willing to help and her staff is wonderful. Melissa handles all of my insurance needs and always looks for ways to save me money!

With all the hurricane stuff and being super busy, I just want to say ms Melissa went above and beyond to help me get answers and help.
