Had Home insurance for 1 year and car insurance with them for 4 years.-They didnt sent the proper documentation to the bank letting them know I had car insurance. I had to pay a fine for this.-They always renew my car insurance without asking me (which is fine) but this time my payment didnt go through according to them and I didnt get nor a call, email, or mail letting me know about this. I was out of the country and by the time I came back, I had a letter from the tax collector telling me my license and registration had been suspended because I didnt have insurance. Weve used Lance and State Farm for all of our business-insurance needs, including general liability and automobile insurance. Recently, we were purchasing a second work vehicle. Due to Covid-19 and social distancing, the staff at the dealership was limited. This meant the paperwork took just a little bit longer than usual to process. Although Im sure he would have much rather been spending time with his family, Lance made himself available at 7:30 pm on a Friday night to help our business get insurance on our new vehicle.
