I am very happy with my Allstate insurance. I have had two accidents within a year, both of which were not my fault and they have helped me out so much through the entire process with excellent and prompt customer service. I never had a concern about anything they couldn’t handle and get quickly resolved. I’m very happy about my decision to go with this agent and company. The prices are good too!

My experience with Allstate has been going great! The staff is friendly, helpful, and very informative.

Very bad experience dealing with this office. Due to being layed off because of the covid-19 I was unable to make my payment in time, however as soon as I received my tax return I payed over $800 dollars to catch up on my payment. This morning as I was checking my bank account I noticed I had been refunded over $500 dollars by Allstate. I had just received an email from the CEO stating how much Allstate cared about its clients and was doing a stay at home refund so initially I thought maybe this was the refund, however as it seemed excessive I went on the Allstate app and to my surprise I saw that my policy had been terminated, I initially assumed this was a mistake so I contacted the office and was told it was not a mistake, I had been terminated due to non payment. Im disappointed with this company as I have been unknowingly driving now for over a month without insurance. And as more then 30 days has passed I cannot be written another policy. They gladly accepted my money when I paid for the two months and then just terminated my policy without as much as a conversation with me leaving me out to dry without coverage and returned what I guess they no longer wanted from me. For a company who purports to care about its clients at this tough time they quickly turned their back on me when my payment did not come in time with no regard for the current circumstances and worse did so without a word leaving my family and I driving without coverage. Needless to say Ill find a company who will work with me, and will be taking my homeowners insurance from this heartless company as well as they have shown their true colors.Oscar Munoz

I have been an Allstate member for years and years, but we have been extremely disappointed in the processing of a claim through Allstate. We processed a claim through our insurance because of a car accident that was the fault of the other driver. Farmers Insurance Group was very slow in responding. Allstate did get things moving, but now we are told the brake failure of our Vette is not the result of the accident and so are refusing to pay for the repair. We have mulitple people who can attest to the fact that the brakes worked prior to the accident. When we reached out to J Mark Goings, he was abrasive, completely lacking in consideration to our problem, and has failed to return our phone calls. He has been more than willing to take our money over the years, but when we need help he is not there.
