I will change this review if given the promised statement to be actually in good hands. I have called for 2 weeks. My ex vandalized my car. Have gone in person. Where is my agent? I refuse to file a claim over the phone. It never transcripts correctly. We as payers have the opportunity to see an agent in person to help with anything insurance related. Well, Im trying to file a claim considering the good hands and the fact I have full coverage. I went in person my agents not there,doesnt return phone calls. But there are 2 other all state agents there? No one could help me? Im returning for better assistance at 1 oclock. I expect this to be filed and assisted or shown to another company that will handle what I pay for. I have a family and I cant maintain stability without way of transport. EXPECTATIONS OF ALLSTATE HAVE BEEN SEVERLY DISAPPOINTING.

Got there before 9am waited 40 mins for Patty to come in late. She finally came in and had a bunch of excuses like I am never late etc. She continued this small talk after being late for work with No one is usually here until noon (If that is the case, then you need to change your hours to 12- whenever or just dont be late). A couple days goes by and my fiancé found a better price on insurance so called to cancel. She was put on hold and was told that everything was ran and her refund would be coming. A week goes by and no refund. My fiancé calls again to figure out what the hold up is and is told that nothing was ran so they had to do the paperwork AGAIN.
