Working with Allstate has been a positive experience thus far. I became a customer while renting a condo and now have home owners and car insurance with them. I’ve spoken to the same person - Melena - since becoming a customer. I receive personalized service each time.

I do not want to do anything on my phone. I keep getting things that say I need to do things on my phone. I will not do them. Also I do not want to have any passwords required to communicate with you. I also keep getting e-mails that say I am required to set up an account with a password. I will not do it.If you dont want me as a customer under my terms say so, and I will move to another agency.

Wow is all I can say, extremely rude. Ive been with Allstate for 10 years and after moving and having to deal with this branch I canceled. Don’t do business here, go elsewhere. Anywhere else, they are unprofessional here and dishonest.

This is the worst insurance agency I have ever had the displeasure of working with. Not only do they not return phone calls, emails...but they were not honest about the rates that I was being charged...I was told I had Allstate for both home and auto but Allstate...the real Allstate called me and told me that I was not informed correctly and did not receive the discounts that I was told I would have. I tried to speak to the agent several times,...I now am with another agency and am happy to be away from this disaster.

In a world of confusion and chaos Brenda and Melena make things so simple. I truly value being their client. Insurance is almost like healthcare where it is wildly important to trust and depend on your agent. Brenda and Melena, will truly help you every step of the way and explain things very clearly. I would recommend this Allstate branch to my mom (if she lived in Florida)! THAT is how great they are!

These ladies are awesome. This company is always efficient and very affordable pricing literally. It doesn’t get any better than this. Melena is my go-to person because when I was in a rush to get my insurance switched over from one house to another she was on top of it. We need more people like that working in that field who truly cares about the customers. Keep it up Melena!!!!

I enjoy speaking with the staff whenever I need to call them with questions. They are very friendly and informative. I usually feel like Im speaking to a friend rather than an agent/sales person. I have been with them for 2 years now and I am very satisfied!

This agency is awful!! STAY AWAY!!!!!! They will lie and mislead you any way possible just to get your money! They were charging me over $400 for car insurance and when I called to cancel I was made feel guilty. The experience with her as always been dreadful. Not to mention they went back on there word and now sending me bills stating I still owe them when the policy has been cancelled. When I tried to reach out to corporate I was advised they don’t have a number or email address which I find extremely odd. To avoid the situation I am in please take your business else where!

On June 26, 2019 I sent an email to Melena Toney to cancel my auto pay for my car insurance that was due June 28, 2019. I called her that same day & informed her Progressive Insurance is giving me a better rate. She said she already canceled my auto pay. Allstate withdrew $456.11 on my bank account. I called Melena & she said she would email me a letter for my bank which she did. The amount on the letter was $454.61 to be refunded on my account in 24 hours. I emailed her back & ask her to change the amount to $456.11. I also ask her to email me a letter for the bank & the merchants to contact her for any non-sufficient funds that will be charge against my account in the event some outstanding checks are returned. I emailed her 4 times & she did not respond. I called Melena & she said she is busy & would not say when she can get around it. I called Allstate customer service & spoke to Chantal. She called Melena & told her the reason policy was not cancelled is because she put it on suspend & the letter for the bank & the merchants will be emailed before close of business today. Why would she suspend my policy which she never discuss with me by phone or email. I already emailed her to cancel my auto pay & called her the same day that I switched to Progressive ? I did not received an email letter for the bank & the merchants per my request. Two thumbs down for this agency !!!
