Owner Todd and Andy did excellent work overall on my Mercedes Benz. A medium sized dent, a smaller dent, a ding and some scuffs have all disappeared! They are truly magicians! With a great work ethic, they worked tirelessly to deliver it all in one day, as promised, and stood by the very fair, original estimate. Their craftsmanship is unsurpassed and as a smaller business, they really seem to care about the results of their work as if it is a car of their own. Have you ever walked into a business to have service done on your vehicle and then after a few minutes of talking with the owner and he or she made you feel totally confident and comfortable that you chose the right place for your needs? Its rare and it doesnt happen often but it happened to me when I drove up to Dent Technique in Jacksonville from St Augustine to have a dent fixed on my brand new Chery Red Tint Coat 2021 Silverado LT. The paint was a $500 dollar upgrade. With less than 2,000 miles on it a lady hit the truck bed on the passenger side with her rear door in a parking lot and left two good size dents; the paint was ok but worried that having the dent taken out would damage the paint. To make a long story short Tod at Dent Technique assured me that when he was done with his work my new truck would look as good as new. Tod is the best and hes the kind of guy you want taking care of your ride and maybe even having him as a friend a very likeable guy! Im so darn happy! I’ll swear my wife’s 2017 GMC Acadia has a target painted on it. It attracts grocery carts, tree limbs, other cars especially ones with trailer hitches. One Saturday I dented my minivan back door, so badly I was driving around with the “ door ajar alarm” going off constantly. I called 3 different auto body shops. Todd was kind and courteous and said I could come on by to his shop. He hammered out the dent for me, which ceased the alarm in about 15 minutes max! Can’t recommend him enough! Outstanding!

Getting damage on a car repaired is always a drag, but Todd from Dent Technique made the process painless! I had a small ding on the side of my car that was driving me crazy. Todd quickly got back to me with a fair estimate and stuck to it. My schedule is bad during the week, but he was able to get me in on Saturday and worked the ding out in 30 minutes! I doubt anyone in town can beat his work, prices, and flexibility... I highly recommend!

All I can say is INCREDIBLE. The brand collision center wanted a BUNCH of money and 4 days to fix two dents caused by a security gate arm. I sent photos to Todd and he instantly responded, telling me he could fix the dents (and WAY cheaper, same day). I must admit I was a bit skeptical, but the results are truly incredible, you cant even tell anything was wrong at all - looks like factory new. Todd is artful at what he does. Even though in the long run he couldnt totally fix my dent, he made it almost invisible. And because he didnt complete the process he didnt charge us. Offered him a sincere token of appreciation ($$) and he wouldnt accept that either. Top notch customer service. He also had to break some clips to get to the back of my Highlander and replaced those at N/C. I hope I dont need his services in the future, however should I, wont hesitate to give him our business.

Just had my door ding repaired. I called this morning and Todd managed to get fit me in the same day...on my lunch break! It looks perfect! I highly recommend this place.

He was awesome. Unfortunately he wasnt able to fix my car (2019 Honda Civic) 100% to be honest you cant even tell by looking at it it was ever damaged. He didnt even charge me. I asked him more than once can I pay him and he said no. The person who hit me hit pretty hard (I was not in the car it was a parked hit and run) and my driver side passenger door looked pretty bad ultimately I will need to get a new door or skin but for now I am satisfied.

Dent Technique is awesome! Called in the morning and they were at the house a few hours later. Fixed my car like new again. Mobile service was great, as I work from home. Got another dent a week later and Todd came right over and fixed it no problem. Prices are very reasonable and service is fantastic....very professional. I highly recommend.

Todd did an excellent job correcting a major blemish on the rear quarter panel of my aluminum Tesla rear quarter panel. He went the extra mile and corrected two other relatively minor blemishes at the same time. He does excellent work and I would not hesitate recommending or using him for any future bodywork.

I have stepped into many an auto and body shop, including the one I used back in CO the first time my car was damaged by hail, and they are often dirty and in disarray. Someone slammed their door into my new, not even half a year old Crosstrek. Todd got the dent out in just a few minutes. He was very friendly and let me watch the process in the (very clean) garage they have next to their storefront. Got to see first hand how it was done.
