The educational institution that I work for utilizes Sight and Sound for special events several times a year. Our team usually handles the video feed and they handle audio, lighting and projection. I recently worked with Sight & Sound to secure some lighting for an anniversary event I was planning for my department at work. Don was very patient with me as I had to determine exactly what kinds/what colors of lighting I needed, where to position it all in the auditorium, and stick to a budget too. I appreciated his guidance throughout the process and also how considerate he was to make sure I was unaffected by Hurricane Irma also. The event went great and the uplighting was a nice touch. I would absolutely work with Sight & Sound again for future events!

SSAV is a top notch team of AV professionals. I have been personally working them for several years. Our conference program is demanding due to breakout sessions and other fast changing aspects. We were forced to use another provider a couple of years ago and immediately realized how good SSAV really is. We immediately informed the hotel we would be bringing our own provider (SSAV) in moving forward.

When I called last minute for a bit of event equipment, I thought there would be no way they would find a way to supply what I needed on such short notice. I was wrong! They jumped right in to make sure I had what I needed, when I needed and gave me a tutorial on how to set-up and use the equipment. Highly recommend the team at Sight & Sound!
