Great scratch and dent appliance store, they also carry high end brands such as Viking, just ask. They carry a 1 year manufacturers warranty along with their own 1 year warranty too. Very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly, nice to work with.

Definitely do not recommend going here. Wit in the past few weeks I went up there by myself with kids & saw a set of washer & dry i liked for like 450$ ... the man working told me no warranty & a $45 delivery fee to literally go like 8 blocks...WELL. my husband also went in there, on his own, & was told they offer a 30 day warranty & delivery fees vary...Seems that because I looked like an easy target the man working thought he could take advantage of me & make some extra cash off me because Im a woman.Then my husband goes in & is treated fair & offered fair service...How despicable & sad that in this day & age & in this tight nit neighborhood, that theyd feel it appropriate to rip women off!!!Ill take my $500 elsewhere

They dont work with the customers in negotiable price they want to charge like youre in Home Depot and the products are used.

I took my appliance (washing machine) in to get repaired and the inspection cost covered the amount of the repair!! That was phenomenal and honest customer service. Not saying that will happen for everyone but theyve got a new customer for life. Thank You

Purchased multiple appliances, most seem to work well (have had minor issues we can fix ourselves), but a refrigerator that had only been purchased 3 months prior went out completely, causing a huge inconvenience...warranty is only good for 30 days and was told its luck of the draw with these used appliances(true, but not the best thing to say to a customer with a fridge full of rotting food). There seems to be no benefit to buying from this store with only a 30 day warranty. For that same luck I might as well buy from an individual. Other used appliance stores offer 90 to 180 day warranties.

My father called them and they had someone come out. I was leaving as the repairman was arriving and saw him approach the door. Went on my way to take my husband to work. When I got back to the house, I asked my father if the man had fixed the problem? What repair man? The guy saw me leave and assumed we werent home. Wow. So my father called and the guy just brushed my father off, said he wasnt coming back. Wow. Awesome. I do not recommend this place AT ALL. IMCOMPETENT REPAIR MAN.

Its not that I dislike the place I asked them if they wanted to buy a 2016 GE washing machine that just needed a timer switch and act like it was a giant big deal and they had two way too many washers in stock and they want to do with it I thought of 2016 would be a hot commodity nowadays it just needs a $56 timer switch they can probably sell it for $500 its on then now Im going to buy the timer switch Im going to do it and Im going to sell it I guess youre too busy to make money so what the easy one slip through the cracks its fine Im on it. Valerios repaired my washer at a much better rate. I had one appliance repair company that came out and quoted me almost double what Valerios Appliance Repair did. At the rate the other company was wanting to charge I would have been better off to buy a new washer. Thanks for the honest price Valerios Appliance Repair!

I bought a washer and dryer set from them in June. The washer works fine but the dryer stop getting hot. Called a technician and was told the timer is bad. A waste of 200dollars was a dryer...

Came out and fixed my refrigerator in 15min. This guy knows his stuff. So happy I took his advice and decided to go with the repair rather than a replacement.

I have never had a new appliance in my life. I have always bought used stuff. My washer quit working and I thought for sure it would just be better off to buy a new (used) one. Valerios Appliance Repair convinced me to let them look at my washer first. Glad I did repair was slightly less than a used washer and my washer will probably bein good shape for years to come now.

Called Valerio Appliance to fix my dishwasher today. Had a bad leak that caused a lot of water to leak out on to the floor. Got it turned off but had the tech pull the dishwasher out and get everything fixed. Thankfully the water wasnt too bad and the tech helped me use a few towels to soak up the water before he replaced it in the counter. The price was pretty good and he had the part in his truck so it didnt take too long either.

Technician cam out to check my refrigerator to determine why it wasnt cooling. Found the condenser inside the freezer iced up and immediately said it was the computer and it would be cheaper to replace than fix. Stated it would probably take over $600 to repair. I paid him the $79 service fee and sent him on his way (5-10 minutes he was at my home). Did some research online and diagnosed the problem to a bad evaporator fan. $79.99 later, my refrigerator runs like new.
