Guy just plain doesnt show up after he collects his first deposit. Hes had a (car wreck, got covid, said the mail lost the package three times, and if there is anything else you can think of as an excuse hes used it). He also pretends to be different people in his family. He has borderline personality disorder. the man is a psycho path and needs mental help. highly do not recommend.

Bobby was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and professional. My refrigerator stopped cooling and he immediately knew what the issue was. Instead of using the opportunity to trick or scam me, he advised that I call the warranty company and get it fixed through them. He didn’t even charge me the service fee!!! It is rare to find good, honest and professional repairmen nowadays without them trying to make a buck off of you. I sincerely recommend Bobby! I will for sure recommend him to all of my family and friends and use his services in the future if needed.

Was scheduled for Monday afternoon. Due to family issues it was postponed 3 times. On Thursday I received multiple texts says he was on the way. I asked him if he needed to reschedule that is when I got no response. Waited till 930 pm and still a no showThe technician set another time and showed up on time. The service was good and he addressed the issue and went beyond what was required. I would use him again

We called almost 10 companies over the course of a week and were very frustrated. The people we spoke with were either very rude or were not willing to service our location. These guys were responsive, came when they said they would, fair with pricing, knowledgeable, quick and got the job done right. Very pleased and will save their info for future repairs. Bobby at A1Action was the first to return my call about a broken refrigerator. He texted when on the way each time and was very responsive to my questions/texts. When the parts were replaced he discovered a wiring short that could not be repaired, but he tried his best. He would accept no payment at all despite having purchased parts for us!I would definitely call him again for future needs.

Late on a Friday evening, I discovered my fridge/freezer not cooling. I contacted two companies prior to A1 and no response. A1 get in touch with me 2 minutes after leaving a voicemail, was at my home within an hour or so. Good thing, that they had an idea of what was wrong before showing up. Got me fixed..felt like my uncles/cousins were here doing the work! Definitely recommend

Bobby was communicative about his arrival time, prompt, personable, knowledgeable, professional, and did the repair quickly at a fair price. He went above and beyond and showed me how to replace the bulbs in my refrigerator which was not intuitive but simple after he showed me how to do it. I would be glad to use him again and recommend him.

My Kenmore refrigerator quit on Easter Sunday. I called for service, Bobby and his son in law came and looked at it and said Sears put bad LG compressors in the new refrigerator and will replace it free. He wrote down the serial number and model number along with the phone number to Sears and told me to call them. He did not charge me a service call. He was so pleasant to deal with. I will definitely call him again if I need repairs.

I met with Bobby who was very professional and helpful. I called on a Sunday regarding my refrigerator failing and he was able to come out the next day. He showed up on time and was able to quickly assess my issue and provide me information on the refrigerators warranty, how to pursue that process, and what my options were on fixing versus replacing. Bobby came out to check on our washer because it started making a terrible noise after our move. He inspected the machine and explained the issue to us. Since there was no repairs performed he did not charge for a service call or anything but still took the time to explain everything to us and give us some tips. This is the best appliance company I have ever used. Bobby was the only technician that I found that actually understands bosch dishwashers. For the next three weeks, after Alan collected a $150 deposit, I got every excuse in the book (Dog dying, Medical emergency, Colonoscopy etc) on why he could not come back and repair my refrigerator.Now, Ive been without a fridge for three weeks and I am starting at square one.Whatever you do, do not use this company!!

Allen responded within minutes of my online inquiry for service. Once I gave him the model number of my dryer, he was back with an immediate quote and was available the very next morning. He was extremely punctual, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly and knocked out the repair within minutes. There was also an idler pulley that needed to be replaced that was causing the belt to break but he honored his original quote and refused to charge for the additional repair. By far the best experience with an appliance repair man I’ve ever had! 5 enthusiastic stars, highly recommended!!!!

Recently had my washer go bad and based on reviews called A1 Action repair. From my first interaction with Allen, I knew he would get the job taken care of. We had a pump issue on our LG and he had to order part. During this process, he came down with some health issues, but no matter what he still was in constant communication through it all between him and his son and all he wanted to do was take care of my issue. He came to my house this morning @ 7.30 to make sure my washer was fixed, before he checked himself into VA hospital to have some hopefully minor work done and get himself back healthy again. I truly wish he has a speedy recovery so the other customers out there get the same amazing customer service that I just did. Mike and David Red came out and were able to quickly diagnose my issue with my dryer and were very honest with what was going on and that it would be cheaper to buy a new dryer than try to fix this one.
