I waited 6 hours for my flight, it was delayed. In which happens. What was horrible, was the fact that there was no Air Canada Rep. to explain, apologize, nothing. The flight was delayed, so I guess they were to lazy to get out of bed and give us any customer service. Had they actually worked that day. They may not have lost half their customers to a different air line. No one knew what was going on. It was terrible. God Bless the Mechanic who wouldnt allow the plane to go up, it wasnt safe. But shame on the Canadian Air Line reps. who couldnt even bother to come to work that day.
