If you need avionics replaced or repaired - Consider choosing a different shop . My upgrade in a Cessna 150 included new Garmin GPS, G3 G5, transponder, and audio panel. Money was paid upfront Sept. 2018, Installation started Jan 2019, Plane finally completed and returned Sept 2020. After constant calls for 16 months my aircraft was finally completed and returned almost 2 years later. When it was it had extensive surface corrosion from being left outside, even though I a had a hanger at that airport. It was to be flight tested and certified prior to being picked up. Yet upon our arrival there was an alternator cable disconnected and an inoperative charging system. Lastly all my removed functioning avionics ( including dash mounted items ) were missing and never returned. If you love or even just like your aircraft -
