Staying here was great! It was the perfect location, close enough to the beach, bars, and restaurants to walk to in under 5 minutes, but a block off A1A to make it extra quiet for sleeping in :-)

My husband and I stayed at this charming beach house earlier this summer and had the best experience! The house has the perfect balance of timeless charm and updated finishes and decor. The location is convenient to everywhere we wanted to go from the beach to night life hot spots. Kent is easy to work with, very polite and professional, and knowledgeable about the area being a local and all. I honestly can’t rave enough about this place and look forward to staying here time and time again during future visits!

Seas The Day provided everything my family needed for a weekend of R&R in Jax Beach. The house is conveniently located next to many restaurants, cafes, and local bars. We walked to the beach with beach chairs and umbrellas in hand provided by the host. We even cruised around on beach bikes through the cute neighborhood. I would absolutely recommend Seas The Day to anyone looking for comfort and convenience! Cant wait to visit again!

Close to the beach,, dinning and entertainment! The inside is clean, updated and pest free!! Price is on point. Parking is no problem. Oh yeah, the party deck on top is awesome!! I love this place! Wish I could give 10 stars ⭐️ ⭐️

Our stay at Seas the Day was absolutely amazing! The house is so clean and conveniently located and the owner, Kent, was super accommodating and helped us with cool places to go and things to do. We will definitely be staying here next time we return to the area! Highly recommend!!

Clean and beautifully furnished. Loved the upper apartment rooftop patio and how close it is to the beach. Very relaxing and welcoming home. Owners are delightful people. Totally loved it.

We stayed here when my sister got married at the Casa Marina. It was a quick commute to get there and back and we had a blast being right across the street from the beach, also rode the included beach cruisers around and had a blast. Already booked again for next year. Kent is a great host!

Great place! Cool, clean and up to date. Close to the beach, food and drinks. Great deck in the back, free bikes and beach gear to use. What else could a person desire?
