A moment agoIf I can give these folks zero stars, I would. They are all about money. Since COVID, they do their appointments online. My last appointment was July in which my doctor switched my medication. Usually they say give a new prescription a full month before changing which I did. I called my doctor letting him know I been having severe migraines and I barely could get out the bed. He told me to get my FMLA paperwork and switched my medication again. I sent his office my packet and was told everything would be completed by the end of the week for a $98 charge. I had no problem with that. Well the end of the week came and went. I contacted the office again and was told the doctor was busy all day and could not get to my paperwork. So I got a tad bit frustrated and told the office that O been waiting as I needed the paperwork to return to work. I get another call saying the doctor isnt going to fill it out as he didnt think I needed the time off for my condition. Mind you, this is almost 2 weeks later!
Charged my insurance and charged me cash up front. Disputed the cash charge, which they forgot about after 2 months so I initiated a charge back with my bank, that they submitted proof that I owed them money and my bank then charged me back for the amount also. This place is a sorry excuse for a doctors office, and unfortunately Im stuck with them. If you can turn and run for the hills, do it before its too late.
