Audrey has saved my life many times. Literally. Im not going to go into detail, because she is my therapist, but Audrey has pulled me out of many, many a dark place, sometimes harshly because I need her to be that way. She has worked together with my parents to make us a stronger team and I wouldnt be half the woman I am today without her. Could not recommend Audrey and DBT enough.

I had Audrey as a therapist a few years ago after inpatient care. I was young and apart of individual and group therapy. She was very helpful and easy to talk to in the beginning but as months rolled on she seemed disinterested and then very judgmental of things I was going through. At one point she called me rude and mean. Eventually she stopped replying to texts and calls when I tried to schedule appointments. Hopefully she has grown from that because it has been a few years but I thought I would write the review because their business account popped up on my Instagram and it just rubbed me the wrong way. I did really feel she was helpful when we first started though just wish things were more professional towards the end.

I cant speak highly enough of Julie, Polly and Audrey! They have been an absolute godsend for my child and myself. Julie goes above and beyond to ensure my child is supported, listened to and educated. She is always available and responsive to my child and myself no matter how small the need. This group does whatever possible to ensure I can afford their services for my child. Julie, Polly and Audrey ALL put my child first-something that is hard to come by in these difficult times.

Im giving two stars for the fact this place exists and helped me find the manual for dialectical behavioral therapy by Marsha Linehan, and for Pollys sweet disposition in my one counseling session , plus my DBT instructors kindness .I called Audrey ,in mid crises to join DBT and possible therapy but was saddened at the high cost of 60.00 per DBT session and 150.00for an hour session with a licensed counselor (which is required to join DBT) . Audrey, the owner, was more than helpful to allow me to join at 50% off and I gave my credit card for them to charge what I thought would be that agreed upon rate, per session. I WAS WRONG. Weeks prior to Christmas I noticed my bank account was extremely low and my bill money short due to BEACHES THERAPY over charging me by $255.00 No discounts were given as agreed upon. A few random credit card charges were placed without my permission. I contacted her and felt very unheardabout the amount I calculated of $255.00 I was owed back ,she quickly agreed to the amount of $225.00 to be refunded and stated a check was on the way! Oh how I wanted to trust her after all I had been through in my life to re-build my distrust. I waited 10 days and NO CHECK ARRIVED. I then decided to contact my banking institution and was able to report the charges as inaccurate and turn off my card to prevent further charges or confusion. It was what came next that made me realize Audreys ability to leverage her power over a vulnerable individual with Flipping the script ,guilt, gaslighting, shame and judgement. She decided to start harassing me via email about how much money she has now lost in bank fees , guilting me about how much money her therapists are out and how disappointed she is in me. Still no check! It however didnt work because ive done too much self work to not know the tactics and wasnt threatened or bullied like some other more broken individuals might be . My advice to anyone needing help , would be Youtube videos and buy the DBT manual for therapists online fromamazon from the original creator of this therapy , Marsha Linehan. ( Excellent resource)I attended the DBT group sessions with BEACHES via zoom and it was good for accountability and checking in to vent , however the meat of the work can be done pretty similarly, by oneself, with this book and youtube to guide oneself , per module.Today is January 4th and still no check has arrived...But when it ever does I will be destroying it as my bank has already handled my request in a timely and PROFESSIONAL MANNER. No drama.* UPDATE*~ I realized the check DID arrive as Audrey Had promised , yet it wasnt from BEACHES THERAPY but rather from Chase and got mixed in with my other mail which was ignored as junk . Im seeing now ,hindsight, that my wall was up and I missed her saying If I owe you the additional$ 30.00 ill credit your account. Ive apologized to her via email . I still did not appreciate all the guilt and shame ,and better communication on what I should be watching for to arrive in the mail , would have been super helpful for me to fill in my gaps , as I am still early in my process of healing my trauma. But I can definitely see where paranoia and distrust clouded my perceptions. This has been eye opening for me to see how my baseline of distrust can change the course of a situation....Ill be changing the rating to 4 stars out of 5. Ill continue to do DBT to try to heal my distrust in Humankind . BE BLESSED🕊🙏🏻🕊

I do NOT recommend this facility! They are not helping my kid at all even though he goes TWICE a week. They were completely unaware of his personal life choices and things going on with my family. Julie the therapist seems very uninterested in helping my kid but she definitely wants to get paid. She tells me one price then charges 3 times that much. She doesn’t try to find any valid or current information about my child. There is a reason they are the only DBT therapist accepting patients during COVID 19! They are absolutely awful!
