Did a terrible tile job in our shower. Tiles are uneven, Grout is thick and thin, and tile cuts are jagged. Never using them again.

We purchased carpet for our living room, hallways, Master bedroom. Best quality carpet I ever had! I love walking on it, so soft and durable. We had our wood floors refinished and Chris and Isaac did an amazing job! We (ourselves) had tore up carpet that revealed nice wood floors and everything needed to be sanded, stained and covered in poly. The floors are 100 years old.. They did 3 rooms in 5 days and the results are absolutely amazing! On the last day, they had just finished, my dog stepped on the floor and left prints in the fresh poly. Chris came back Monday and sanded them out and put more poly down. Extremely satisfied with their work. 100% recommend.

The gentleman who gave us the estimate was very honest and told us our carpets would not look great due to the grease stains, which we understood, and he gave us a very fair price for the cleaning because of it. Weve had occasion to use Christoff & Sons to help us with our flooded basement water removal and subsequent carpet replacement. They did an excellent job and their crew were absolute professionals- prompt and polite.Since then weve used them for carpet cleaning and they are among the best weve found anywhere. They are definitely recommended for those who find quality and service important. Family owned and operated is a nice plus since you get to deal with the owners.

They did a great job on the carpet cleaning I needed done in my moms house. They showed up on time and moved the few things I couldnt out of the way. My only regret was not calling them sooner!

So very disappointed in this company. Their contractors are not as upstanding as the sales team. Any concern you have will be pushed aside, never could get the lady I worked with to understand any of my numerous frustrations. The only good thing I can say is I did love my floor, not sure it was worth the hassle. I spent 4 separate days waiting on this company, my time is not as valuable as theirs. Right supplies were not ordered. A 1 day job took multiple days. The transition strip between 2 floors is ugly, does not match, I was told that was the best they could do, it totally ruined the look of the floor. Will not us this company again

Hired them to do our shower floor. We ended up taking them to court because the tile wasnt installed nor properly sealed and the floor started accumulating rust. Christoffs shifted the blame onto the subcontractor saying that they werent responsible for the subcontractors work...... WHAT? Hows THAT? When the judge asked for the subcontractors name, they said that they (conviently) had recently let the subcontractor go and that the subcontractor had moved out of state. The judge wasnt buying it. Christoff tried to counter sue for the last portion of the job but the judged ruled against them. We endeded up paying another company to fix their mess. We won the case and didnt have to pay them for the rest of the botched job that we hired christoff to do. This company doesnt stand behind their work. Thanks to the judge for seeing that! Beware! On the contrary, before the shower floor situation, I hired Christoffs to sand and wax my wood floor and the guys that came out did an awesome job. Thats why we called on them again to do our shower floor but that was a NIGHTMARE!*Update: They have stalked my Facebook and reached out to common friends to get us to take this review post down. They are liars. They are upset because we are letting people know to beware of them. We will not change one word. They need to take responsibility and do better.

My husband and I recently completed a remodeling project which included tile floors, backsplash, and quartz countertops. Christoffs offers top-quality products, and customer service that has been beyond our expectations. We were impressed with Stephanie Reynolds, who we dealt with through the entire project, and her knowledge of the various products offered at Christoffs. No need to look elsewhere!

Excellent help & service

Stopped into Christoff & Sons to look at replacing the carpet in our basement and stairs. We had our budget range in mind and had gotten quotes in our budget range from other places for carpet that was about $3 a sq ft. When we told the lady at Christoff our budget, she came back with carpet samples that were from $0.99 to $1.89 per sq ft to keep us in our budget. Christoff and Sons were by far the most expensive quote with equally priced carpet. We went elsewhere and will never go back here.
