Really helpful, sadly they didnt have quite what I needed at the time, specific color for my kitchen floor made it hard to find something. I would go back for another project if needed. Ive heard the installation time is faster than the big box stores.

I don’t write reviews, it’s just not my thing, but this deserves one. I can’t thank the team at Floor Traders in Jackson, enough.... They beat every big box store on price and my project installed twice as fast as any other lead time quote I received. Not only that, but the quality of the product was better than anything I found anywhere else. They explained the pros and cons of each option, set up the project with the install team, and had them at my door quickly. The installers were awesome! I highly recommend that if your in the market for flooring, you absolutely should look at these guys.

I’m so glad I stopped in here! I go to Home Depot on a regular basis, slowly remodeling our home and have just not been able to find what I was looking for there or your other typical large stores. I spoke with Dan and he was a great help and found exactly what I was looking for. Will be double checking our measurements and ordering tomorrow. The prices were also awesome! We are spending a few hundred less than what we expected. I will be installing myself, but the price they gave for them to install were great! Will be a return customer when we remodel our basement, in the fall.

Our carpet install was horrible. They had to come back twice and it still looks awful, they wouldn’t make it right, they said we needed padding and we didn’t, we bought new and the new was worse than what we had. A decent place would be honest and not sell you something you didn’t need and worse yet they ripped out better and put worse in. We asked them to make it right, they didn’t, they are over priced for what you get and I would never trust them. The seam down the middle of the room is horrible, the edges were not even tacked down, we had to go back to meet the installers team twice and it’s still a hack job. The worst carpet job we’ve ever had.

Needed new bedroom carpet & padding. Its a not a huge room, so didnt want to spend a fortune. Stopped in to Floor Traders and they had a carpet I immediately loved at a fantastic price! I also wanted a really good, pet stain resistant padding, which they also have at an excellent price. Our saleswoman was very nice and knowledgeable. She wasnt pushy at all and happy to cut off several samples and write the price on the back.They work with independent flooring installers, so I had to arrange for & pay for that separately. The gentleman whose card I was given, was an absolute professional and a genuinely nice man. His installation work was excellent. I kept his card and will be using him for any future flooring installation.

The floor trader is affordable, efficient, and actually has product IN STORE. You can get your flooring almost immediately and they have a HUGE selection of flooring. Highly recommend!

We recently bought a new home with 25-year old carpet. We went into Floor Trader to check out some options, and were greeted by Ryan. He was fabulous for us throughout the whole process, offering up as much information as possible on the product and the process if we should decide to purchase from them, while still allowing us enough time on our own to browse. We were able to take a sample of the flooring home with us to make sure we liked it in our home.We ended up purchasing vinyl plank, which we paid for on a Saturday. On Tuesday the installer - Dave Barger - came to meet me to measure.It was probably one of easiest large purchases I have ever had to make - 50% down, with the other 50% paid right before our installer picked up the flooring to come lay it down.Dave did a wonderful job, and was very detail oriented. The flooring looks great and we are so happy with our choice!
