Had part 2a tree fall. They removed it, told me all of the tree needed to come down. Called several times to schedule removal, never heard back. More of the tree fell, damaging property this time. Dont expect to hear from them unless they can charge the higher storm danage6dee. Will not be using again.

Got an estimate in April to have a few trees dropped, called to accept the estimate a couple days later and was given between the middle to end of may for them to come do the job. Heard nothing yet so here Jun 29th I call and was told we were not even on the schedule since we did not stop into the office and sign off on the estimate which we was never told we needed to do and now the soonest they could do it is sometime in OCTOBER! Wow, really?

Buyer Beware! Needed a branch removed from my roof in August of 2020. This company quoted a two month waiting time unless I used their higher priced emergency service, stated net 30 days terms but required a credit card, charged for undisclosed travel time, and did not clean up the fallen wood and debris. When I had the temerity to question some of these practices, they charged my credit card immediately even though I had withdrawn permission for them to do so. No doubt when they read this poor rating, they will be unable to find me in their records as they have done for the other poor reviews they have gotten....or they will come up with justifications for the above. I have since been able to determine that others in the same field do not use these same poor business practices. Again, Buyer Beware.

We couldnt be more happy with the service we received from Johnnys! They fit us into their busy schedule and were very professional. Johnnys has taken out a big tree in our front yard earlier this year and is taking out two more in our back yard as I write this. They are the best! We have a lot of gardens, and they are so respectful, careful, and reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone, and their prices were lower than other quotes.

Ive seen some of their work they do a good job the only load wood chips down there between 7 and 8 and its all free yall can go down there and cut the wood from the trees they haul in their free of charge

I had used Johnnys before and considered them the best. But I wanted to save money so this time I checked others prices. What I found out was Johnnys had the best price too. They were able to remove my tree from an extremely difficult place and Im glad I went with them.

Had them remove 2 oak trees that were about 90 ft tall - it was a very difficult area to do it - some branches hung 40-50 ft over the neighbors fenced in yard. They were extremely meticulous as they brought down both trees in a small area. They were very timely in picking up the logs - chipping the stumps, etc. Very friendly. Had them do some extra work and they were more than fair with the pricing. All off this and they were the lowest bid of four that came out to look at it.

I received a written estimate from Johnnys early December.I was told it would be the job would be done around mid January.I was pleasantly surprised when they showed up two to three weeks early.They cut down a huge oak tree that was @ 300 years old.They did a great job, the only the mishap was a light globe on a telephone pole under the tree.They were prompted finding and replacing the globe. They gave a fair price,did good work,and I would recommend their service!

I called Johnnys and set up a time for them to cut down our tree which was 5 weeks out. They said they would call to confirm the week of. I called on the 4th week just to verify what day they would be coming out the next week. I was told it would be another 2 weeks. I was like, Why are you guys behind schedule? They said they were not. So, I brushed it off and figured I would wait. Then I called again after 2 weeks to see what day they were coming. Again, they said I would have to wait an additional 1-2 weeks! At this point, I was upset and tired of waiting, but they wouldnt admit that they were behind schedule and said I would have to wait. So, I ended up finding someone else to do it within 2 days, only 2 days! Then, I called Johnnys a week before they were supposed to come out (assuming it wasnt going to be pushed back again.) to cancel. They now said I owed them a cancellation fee! I asked why because I hadnt signed anything. They said their quote had a policy on it that they have been using since the company started. I said great, but I didnt sign that quote so you shouldnt give me a fee. They also didnt warn me about this fee. So, heres my main issue. I understand if you have a cancellation policy in effect that says, if you do not give us 5 business days of notice we will have to charge you a cancellation fee. Instead Johnnys Cancellation Fee locks you in to their fee 5 days after you schedule the service! So, I was waiting 8 months for their service, but after only 5 days of waiting I am locked in to them, even if I decide to do it on my own, have a friend help me, or find someone else to do it quicker. That is the most ridiculous cancellation policy I have ever seen! I will NOT be using Johnnys Tree Service again unless they do something to rectify the situation, but I doubt they will do that. I just wouldnt want anyone else to get locked into their sneaky cancellation policy.

I tried to schedule service twice with Johnnys since we really wanted an arborist to come out, and didnt receive a return call either time. The first attempt was through their website contact email system, no response. So a few weeks later I called and the woman who answered assured me someone would get back with me that day. Needless to say I never heard back from anyone. I know people get busy and things get overlooked, but thats just unprofessional.

Disrespectful men ruined a grave site for my cat laughed about it and had complete disregards to me being unhappy of the damage they were causing by their carelessness! Would highly recommend going else where for your yard/tree work.
