Was referred here by lifeways. Had an in home appointment set up by life ways for a few weeks out. Was told I would hear from them the same day the appointment was made. Never did. I figured they would probably call me the day before my appointment to confirm. They never did. I called them and nobody had any clue who was coming to my house or who my therapist was. I needed to give them the address to where they needed to come and finally talked to the supervisor. She also didnt know who the therapist was. She told me that someone would be calling me later that day. Nobody called. Morning of the appointment i called off work and waited for them. Nobody called and nobody came. I made an attempt to call the morning of and nobody answered. Im very upset about this. Very unprofessional and rude. Waisted mine and my sons time for nothing!
