After 20 years of service, I’m out. Receiver stopped working and the refurbished.replacement they sent me looked like it had been run over by a train. Wonder if they treat the new customers like that? Unbelievable.
Gave them a 1 because I cant give them zero!!! We just bought a used rv that has a dish box and satellite dish. We called and had the service connected only to find out we dont have a dish remote. I call customer service to be told they cant send out a technician because its not a home!!! So we are paying for a service that we cant use!!!! Needless to say i canceled the service!!!! Wow, what great customer service!!!!!! NOT!!!!!
Hate it! The lies they tell are just sad and dont even think about that gift card,they make up a lie about that also. And if you have auto-pay make sure you check your account,they will over charge you also
Ok, have not yet had installation so this review may change. So far have worked with wonderful sales staff AND price is less for many more channels. Also, I am setting this up for my parents and if you ask, they have a senior citizens discount! If the experience changes I will update review. At this point even the direct tv sales person said that this was a great deal!
They had to disconnect my services because of the viruses, but they are very professional.
