Town and Country Realtors are very professional, kind, and good at what they do. I highly recommend them if your wanting to sell your home or find a new one. A lot of realtors can get busy and not get stuff done fast, but they have a skilled team with a lot of connections.

Town and Country Realtors is doing it right! I’ve used them to buy all of my investment properties and my primary residences. The staff is like family and has always been patient to answer my questions. The realtors that I have worked with are thoroughly trained and have great attitudes about the business. Real estate often comes with a lot of hassle and problems that the realtors there always seem to work out for me and make the process seem so easy. There’s no other agency in Jackson with a 50 year reputation of producing thoroughly trained realtors that are easy to work with. They are competent and they treat each other like family. Glad the new owners have done everything to ensure that they get to carry that reputation into the next 50 years.

After discussing some of the rental issues with Ms.Charlotte at Town and Country I will say I am pleased with the outcome. I rented from Town and Country for almost 2 years, my daughter is still a renter with them and they have come out on every occasion.

If I could give them 0 stars for how poor their customer service is over the phone then I definitely would. They lady was beyond rude and when I called back to see about the property rental that was on the internet she wouldn’t even answer the phone. Called back the next day on a different phone and was treated the same way. I don’t understand why they have to be so rude and impolite. 🤔

Happens that I was looking for a realter when this guy (a realter at Town and Country) decided to assault on line over math being racist. Tried to tell the company quietly but Town & Country Inc. deleted blocked me. If this is the way they do business Im glad I found out before entering into a contract.

DONT RENT FROM THEM!!!They stole 217.40 from me when I moved out. Charged me for things I reported as broken and was extremely rude to me when I was trying to figure out how they came up with 217.40 and she threaten to send me to collections today so I would have to pay 33% more. DONT RENT FROM THEM!!!
