I wish there was a zero star button. Those poor puppies and kittens too. They will openly harass fosters on Facebook and chew you out over the smallest things. That is NOT how you run a rescue. Never again. 5 stars for the poor animals that end up there, zero for the staff.

If there was an option for zero stars I would choose that. I called about an abandoned newborn kitten I found. Looking for some direction of who might could take it in as far as a rescue. The lady I spoke with, Carolyn, was condescending from the start, when I got upset with her attitude and told her nevermind, I’d figure it out, she snapped back that she didn’t know what I’m expected from her. I hung up and went about trying to find an organization that wanted to help. I then received more than 10 text messages from this lady harassing me, essentially saying that I was the problem. I told her this was unprofessional, even for a volunteer and to please stop contacting me and she informed me this is not a business, and she didn’t too much care if I felt that way.They need to update their google settings because it lists Pretty Kitty as “adoption” in the page title on Google’s results.However, I will say in my attempt to report my issue, Missy, another volunteer found me a bottle foster. (Missy gets 5 ⭐️!!)So it’s obvious not everyone has the same attitude toward the volunteer position, but Carolyn will ruin the reputation of the people trying to do any good in the Jackson area.

Wish there was a Zero star button as well. Very very rude, unprofessional with a know it all attitude. Told me what I did and didn’t need to do, and had a conversation with me as if I’m dumb.. we’re talking about cats, it’s not that hard and difficult people.

Call and ask for help, they freely share great information about preventing more homeless kitties. Im too old to lift their cage, on a fixed income, and I cant drive, but they helped me get all the cats I feed fixed. I support them on Kroger!
