I love this company!! I moved into an old abandoned like place. It needed lots of work. Trent came out and treated my home. The only issue I have now are a few spiders.The negative about this comp has been my exterminator, while he is cordial and informative he has neglected to respond to my messages and has stopped coming by at all. I will have to contact the office and see if theres another exterminator that can come out to my home.This company could definitely be rated a 5 if these issues were addressed.

Did good work for a reasonable price, just wish they were more responsive. I had to call about my termite letter for my house several times before it was sent.

I call Golden circle exterminators early this morning. Left a message. Call me right back. The guys Jeff McCormick & Trevor was friendly and professional. They got rid of some wasp that had built a nest under my truck hood. 5 stars for a job well done. Call them them if you have a pest problem.

As a real estate professional, its very important to have a pest control company that you can trust to refer clients to for the best pest control service. Especially, during the home buying process while inspections are being conducted. Jina is very ethical, honest, trustworthy, and timely! She goes above and beyond to make sure the home is properly inspected for termites in order to give an accurate report for the buyer. There are times when Jina has to deliver the news that you dont want to hear and I appreciate her honestly. Because I know its legit and she is not just trying to make a sale. Ive seen Jina in action and interacting with clients, she truly does care about people and their needs and it shows!
