After waiting 3 months to be fitted for diabetic shoes I was informed that the location near me in Jackson Tennessee is no longer doing diabetic shoes.

There should be an option for ZERO stars!My MIL ordered shoes before July 1. She was supposed to have gotten them in August. Today, 9/22, she still does not have her shoes, and she is being told she cant get them until 10/7 at minimum, because the ONLY person who can verify the fit had a death in the family. While I can sympathize with that, this process has taken WAY too long. On top of that, she apparently was being given attitude when she would call to check on the shoes. The wait is causing them not to be able to move either. This is unacceptable. You dont treat clients like this.

My Step Mom got prescribed a back brace in August. This is December& she still doesnt have it. It this a legitimate business or a Medicare scammer??
