Nails lasted for about 3 weeks and still going so strong LOVE this nail salon

They had very amazing customer service, but the quality of work from Mrs. Julie disappointed me. My nails are a mess, not fully polished or over polished, not filed evenly and smoothly, and the acrylic does not seem attached to my nails. Also, the wait was long and they were not busy. Husband and wife work in the shop. I was not rude nor did I refuse service because I hate to be mean. I just write reviews to help people like myself spend their money wisely.

I have been going to US Nails for more than two years. I have never had a problem. Jim & Julie have perfected my look for everything from weddings to vacations to holiday parties to business trips. I have been getting mani/pedis for more than 20 years. They know what they are doing. I would also like to add that I have lived all across the country- California, Virginia, Florida, Tennessee, D.C. & Mississippi-so my exposure to salons is quite extensive. You just have to know what you want and how to ask for it!

They are the sweetest and not so busy! Does great job on my nails every time

Dont go to this nail salon!!! Its the pits, the technician nearly ripped my nails off and when I told her she was hurting me she barely responded. Just because its in a black community doesnt mean the service should be anything less than professional!!!!

Went to this establishment 2 times and each time was dissatisfied. Days after getting my nails done here the nail polish began to chip. Attempted to tell the woman whom owns the establishment my displeasure and she talked over me, and tried to make me get my nails a way I never get my nails done. Ive been getting my nails done for years so Im very sure how I want my nails. I wont be going back to this place for them to mess my nails up a third time.
