Arrived at 6:00AM and sat till 12 noon to load a dry bulk load with a pneumatic tanker........check in and loading and check out all consist of a one man operation. This one man who was really cool, also has to check in corn and grain trucks!....after a almost 6 hr wait to load, i dont see myself returning to this location to ever load here again. And no they do not load tankers under a silo, but rather a hose and blow it in like a sugar load with air pressure...and yes they over loaded me!.......and tankers load and unload on the backside of the plant.....No overnight parking for trucks!

The roads to get there are in the middle of the city but they are fast at loading have yet to have a problem I go there often

No, too bad place, dirty and small place for maneuver when is busy. 3 hours for checking in and getting loaded. go inside and there is a phone, dial to shipping office to check in and then line up for get a door. Be carefull, neighborhood small around this company, so be pacient in the traffic.

A small place which was very busy. Good service and prompt but no room for trucks waiting to load.

Arrived at 7:00 a.m. and they were just opening the gate. Loaded at 8:30 dont bother arriving before 7:00 gate will be closed and no place to park.

Fcfs took 4 hrs to load then overweight me went to truck stop and then again came back took another 2:30min to take out 1 plt

If I could give a review 0 stars this would be my first. Ive been to this place many times and it is the slowest unloading place in Jackson TN. They can change the name but the people here will always be the same. Its a joke dealing with this company. Ive been delivering to these people for 5 years nothing will ever change. They take advantage of your companies detention time.

Arrived at 2:15 first come first serve waited for 4 hours to get loaded very small pot no more than four trucks waiting at a time no restroom on site

When I went there I met a woman who was asking me personal things not related to the workShe was dealing with me in a mood and not a business systemI saw in her eyes racism. Even the employee who was sitting next to her ridiculed themI dont know why you acted like this

Weather was terrible, checked in when they opened. Immediately given a dock. Only issue that I had, their lot was not cleaned off at all, which made it a little difficult to dock with all the sleet(bout 3 inches), but, they got the other gate open,(frozen), which made things way easier. One more thing, come with a clean trailer!

Just another business to add to your worst places to go list. Another place that truckers detest going to. Unfriendly employees and not a modicum of customer service skills. Three hour load time, no restroom facilities to use, and max weight loads... So, have fun with that.

Drivers, 1st: dont come to facilitie via Railroad st. To Preston st. (It is a very tough right turn) (Why the brokers do not tell drivers this is incompetence) Consider using Royal st. Instead, ADM docks are at corner of Royal st. and Preston st.2nd, if your trailer is not clean they will send you off premises to clean it. I was loaded in around 2.5 hours.

Put 522 N. Royal ST.In your gps..that will put you where you need to be..and keep you on bigger roads...the docks are on N. Royal st. I arrived at 0545 for an 0600 appt only to be told no one will be here till 7...and they have gates..no overnight parking here.

Pretty sure they had a few extra pallets.dont ask workers anything they will just ignore you and poi t to the phone.so if you need to goto restroom go before you get here

Come with a clean trailer! Directions- you can take Royal Street down from BYP 412 south. Follow down, go under bridge too front of factory. Use second gate, swing wide. If docks 7, 8, or 9 are open and no one else is waiting, back in. Check on between docks 5 and 6. Have pick up number (s) and destination ready. The do load moderately fast depending on work load. Come here when they open or the line gets long.
