Quality is consistently great. We have had multiple different cleaning personnel due to the fact we have shifted schedules for travel and guests. Every time we get someone new we feel we want THAT person all the time!

Kylie, the owner is great, she communicates in advance and makes sure everything is on point in scheduling and the staff being there on time.I received a service once not very long ago, and I was genuinely impressed, so I booked again.But this time, I understand it was a big house and even though Kylie sent two people for 4 hours. I felt they could have done better, because that was my expectation from them (based on the service performed in the past)I communicated this to Kylie during and after my service was done and honestly I was a little off from the response I received. That’s why I gave only 4 stars.However, she did assure me that next time she’d make sure to send a different crew and I can check the work before they leave, so that part I really appreciate.In totality- her crew is good, she has a good business ethic. You should give her business a try.

Ive been using Hodge Podge for a few months now and they have been fantastic in so many ways. I love the software program they have that lets you receive confirmation that service is coming. It also allows to see and pay invoices easily. Although you generally get assigned a particular person or team for service, they cross train with other employees to make certain that if one cant make it, another can without disruption or quality sacrificed- smart!The housekeepers are awesome in attention to detail and are willing to listen to how you like certain things cleaned or set out. They all have been great to work with.Kylie the owner is wonderful and I love that I have just one person to communicate with on scheduling. - Makes it easier for both sides I would think. I needed a good cleaning service in preparation of selling a vacant home. I have almost zero time to do that and I am so grateful for Hodge Podge to help me get what I needed done & they did such an outstanding job. Friendly staff. Used fall cleaning special $450.00 discounted to 338.00 for deep clean. I would say 60% of the home was done but some base boards, window seals, trash cans not emptied. The areas that were done were done very well. The owner did offer to come back to finish those areas which were missed raising my original 3 stars to 4 stars. I have used this service before and gave a 5 plus rating on a moving clean.

I have used this company for years. They do a great job every time. Recently, I got a deep clean of my home since they were offering 10% off for spring cleans and reached out to me and they did a great job. The girls were very attentive to my specific requests and made sure to double check that I was happy before they left. I will keep using them for sure. They do a great job Power washing as well.

They cleaned my house and my pool in Michigan. I really enjoyed their service, it is hard to find people who really do such a great job cleaning and have such a nice attitude. We will miss Jillian greatly!

I used hodge Podge when I was in a jam last month! My regular house keeper had a family emergency & had to take some time off immediately! I reached out to Hodge Podge and a few other similar services. They called me back same day! I had a site visit & quote within 24 hours (even given covid restrictions). They were cleaning my home within 72 hours. Found a regular spot in their rotation for me and were very reasonably priced! I HIGHLY recommend this company!! They will exceed your expectations. I used a whole team of Hodge Podge to clean a house I purchased with a lot of deferred maintenance and they performed remarkably! Great team, great enthusiasm to the project.That was a year ago and I have finally made the permanent move to Jackson and have had them return again and again to clean. Their work is very well done, they follow all requests and I will continue to have them back. If you are looking for a job well done at a reasonable price, call Hodge Podge.

Booked for a deep clean and got a medium to light clean. Apparently there are different crews that are more meticulous than others. Must be very clear before booking of your expectations. Most likely will not book again.

The prices are very fair. The workers are very professional and do a good job. The owner is very professional and is customer oriented. I will refer Hodge Podge to anyone that needs help with their home.
