I am so surprised and disappointed at the attitudes at Beltone today. Ms. Debbie has always been very sweet and nice, but today Steve experienced a not so friendly attitude. Ms. Becky was very argumentative today, about a suggestion Ms. Debbie made in November about Steves hearing aids. We normally wait a week or two for them to fix the issue. Ms. Debbie stated, that for him to not wait to get a simple fix with the wire issue, call her asap, but today Steve was greeted with not so friendly attitudes by both ladies. We forgive them and pray that in the future they will have better days. We do believe in second chances.

Debbie and all the staff at Beltone in Jackson, MS are topnotch! I knew that I had hearing loss but had no idea that the process of acquiring hearing aids could be so easy. Debbie handled all the paperwork foreign to me allowing me to acquire the best hearing aids for me. Additionally, Debbie has helped both of my parents - one with new hearing aids and the other with adjustments to older hearing aids. The professionalism, customer service, attention to detail, followup and more of this entire office is the best!

The office is always prompt and courteous. Today they had their social distancing procedure in place. Taking our temperature before entering, and allowing only one customer in at a time. I appreciated the extra percaution and felt safe.

My Grandmother and I visited Beltone of Jackson today so she could get hearing aids for both of her ears. The staff was very friendly and helpful especially the receptionist, Vicky. We did not spend much time in there and they explained everything very well from cleaning and the care and management of her hearing aids. Would definitely recommend.

Debbie and her staff have been very efficient, friendly, quick and consumer oriented. I received my hearing aids about four years ago and the liitle amount of maintenence required is easy to accomplish. No trouble parking or getting into the office. My appointments are usually less than 30 minutes in length. Excellent service and I highly recommend them.
