Employees rude and snappy for no reason. Customer service is a plus when you are in businesses like this. There was one man and one woman I will rent from and the only reason I stayed at this one. Would be perfect if it was not for the rest. I miss my Dyersburg location if Pete is there ABSOLUTE best ever!!

I did my application online. It was quick and easy. About 10 minutes a very friendly woman called me and finished up the application. It was quick and easy and delivery within a day or two. She was also able to make my payments biweekly so I can pay on the day I get paid instead of weekly! I highly recommend!

We ordered a new bedroom set and was shown several used ones because it would take awhile for them to get the new one if we ordered one. We decided to get one of the used bedroom set but we wanted a new mattress and was told we would receive new ones. Upon delivery I notice the mattress was not new. They informed me that I would receive a new one in two weeks. I had the bedroom set for about two weeks and the bedroom set had bugs inside the dresser and nightstand. Im returning the bedroom set and mattress. I was told after informing them I was returning the items that I could in fact get my new bedroom set if I paid the weekly fees and keep the agreement. I declined to keep the agreement and informed the company to come get the items. After adding up the weekly fees, I would have been paying 350 a month for used items.

Rented furniture for a short term stay. After 10 days I had several bites on my leg but didnt make any connection to the furniture until I pulled a bed bug off me while sitting on the rented couch. Called the company first thing in the morning to tell them to come and get their furniture. Because of my work schedule they were not able to come and remove it that day. Yet here I am waiting all day for them to remove this furniture and after 3 phone calls inquiring when they will be removing the infested furniture I am still waiting. Rent at your own risk.
