I purchased a piece of equipment for my company ( a backhoe loader ). It was delivered without any delays, right on time and this way I was able to continue my project according to plan.

Its a nightmare to get through the gate. they are no Restrooms for the drivers. Ive been here 6 hours. no one seems to care.

The Most awful place I have ever been. Rude people, a lot of Mosquitoes, no restrooms, dust and mud are everywhere.i used to respect DHL but I can’t believe they are running such a warehouse! Waiting is undefined. I checked in 3PM now it is 3AM, and still I don’t know whether I am getting loaded or not.I will keep (5920 state highway V Jackson MO) in my memory, I will never ever comeback here!

Damn, they take forever to unload you. Its like they take one pallet off and drive to the other side of the warehouse for each one lol. Plus this whole place is a dirty, muddy, dusty mess. Youd think P & G would have enough money to at least pave the whole lot. But no, theyd rather waste money spraying water everywhere to try and keep the dust down. When all that does is just make mud. Nahui.

Can have to wait several hours for them to finish loading your pre-loaded trailer. My longest wait time was only 3 hours, so I guess it could be worse.

Scamming for vehicles. Stay away from them.

Friendly people but man their system SUCKS!!! Can either wait an hour in or a few trying to get out. Shouldnt plan on any in then out timings here.
