Sammatha told me to come and update my application and bring two forms of ID and I will start orientation next day for a job before she told me she ask for my last four digits to pull up my application. She told me to ask for her when I come in. When I get there I ask for her and went through the process as updating my app and another lady assisted me through the process when everything got done. Sammatha told me she didnt talk to me and was I sure that I spoke to her and I said yes she tried to undermine my intelligence. Time was wasted because I ended up not having a job offer to me once I did everything that was needed.

I work at Express in Jackson. I love my job and the people I work with. Most of all I love helping others find the career opportunities that they are looking for.

Do not use this company if you have any experience what so ever. They just try to get contracts with companies for just sending warm bodies. They handled my hiring for an assignment with no care and cost me a job because of their lack of communication/competence. Hiring agencies are the worst cause they give good people/employees a bad reputation. I worked with Elizabeth in the Henderson location.

My husband was supposed to go to work in the morning he woke up late due to his phone not charging overnight. He was really disappointed in him self as it was so me being his wife I called them back because they called me and I was spoken to very rudely and I did not appreciate it. It’s not like my husband did not feel bad enough as it was but then to get to “thats why you should prepare to work” that’s not right. On top of it they called me as his wife and got rude with me then I ask do you have anything else for him he I got told I don’t know we will have to see. I understand people have bad days but please don’t take it out on others. Just an fyi put your self in there shoes and see how they feel before getting rude with someone. If you don’t like your job then find another one. This saddends my heart.

Never been paid late. They let you know days in advanced to come get your check early if theyll be closed for a holiday. Or you could get direct deposit, they even offer you a card if you dont have a bank account. Got a call for a job 45 seconds after activating my account.

The woman at the desk is VERY rude , I definitely will NOT be going through this temp agency. I felt so disrespected and also she put my application at the bottom and I was the 1st person there ! Dont apply when you know for a fact two plants are doing hiring from them.and you fo for interview.and they say will call you no.my husband called told them the name of company and was rudly hung up on.thwn when I called and asked to speak to someone in charge. My husband called he was told to come in. He missed a days work thinking it was going for drug test no it was to chew his ass out for the way I talked all I said was how rude and you are in business. I ran a plant nine years I hired and fired a lot. I never ever was rude and I hired some of the best workers who showed me they wanted to work they were the last to leave the ant when it closed.
