Our family was so fortunate to find Jackson Education Support and Ms. Smart this summer. Our college-student son was taking calculus online, and needed a proctor for his final exam. His professor had very clear and particular requirements for the proctor and the test-taking environment. Jillian worked with us and the professor on the details, made my son comfortable during the test, and promptly delivered the final exam back to the professor.
