ATAT is a strategic partner for our business and a top-flight operation. Starting with Jon Joyner, we have received consistent, friendly service for over 3 years from each of the engineers/technicians that have helped us with various problems. My firm is a professional services business with 10+ employees at offices in both Memphis and in Nashville, TN. ATAT serves both locations with managed service IT that is covering everything including server maintenance and backups, email support, and they even support some industry-specific software products to make sure our team stays productive. We have worked with another, larger, managed IT service company that promised strategic consultation and mid-to-long range planning to address our growing company, but it wasnt until we hired ATAT that we actually received this.
