Mick and Cody performed a smoke test on my house to find a stubborn sewer gas leak. They went above and beyond what was necessary to find the issue and finally pinpointed my problem that three other plumbers couldn’t find. Very professional..highly recommended.

Minuteman / M&K Jetting & Televising was the second drain company I had out in a week. First cleaner cleared the main sewer drain and said his machine showed contact with dirt, but he didnt have a sewer cam. I intended to dig up the line, but it plugged up before I could arrange a backhoe. I started calling around to find someone that could do a cleaning and run a camera and locator to find exactly where the problem was.I called the Minuteman number and got a real person who listened to my description of the problem and gave me a ballpark quote (something most other companies wouldnt do). She said her technician was working in the area and that she would have him come over as soon as he was done with that call. She called back within 5 minutes and said he was on the way. John arrived in another 5 minutes and got right to work. He augered the line and concurred that dirt was likely, indicating a broken pipe. He ran a larger auger, then the camera, which showed a break in the pvc sewer pipe, at the spot where the electric utility had run their trencher to put wires underground. Next, John located the break electronically. That was all I had requested, but he dug down to the pipe to make sure his locator was accurate (it was). The final bill was less than the phone estimate, which I had already decided was a good deal. The work was accurate, efficient and professional. John was personable, and communicated well. I wish the electric utility crew had taken the same pride in their work. Knowing the size of the break was and the exact location minimized digging and helped the repair go quickly. I would call Minuteman / M&K again, and I would recommend them without reservation. I think it was a lucky break that they were able to respond so quickly. The job was done for a half hour before one of the other companies I contacted even returned my call. This is a first-class business that uses modern equipment and technology to provide good old fashioned value.
