The whole team here is great. Very professional and very good at what they do. It isnt often that you find such magnificent group of employees, their owner must’ve really done something right here.I have never had a problem with this company in the 10 years that I have been using their service, and dont expect to have any problems in the future. They are just good at what they do, which instills a lot of confidence in me that I can trust them to take care of properly maintaining the gas fireplaces in my home.This is something I want to make sure is done right, and they have always made sure that I can be confident that the job was done correctly each and every turn.

We just bought this house and needed to have the chimney cleaned out. I guess the previous owners were not one to use their fireplace, so it had been cleaned or even opened I guess in 10 or 15 years.He did show us what needed to be done to use the fireplace, because they never used it before. What we found is that there was a lot of candle wax buildup around the flume that they used to keep cool air from getting in. The chimney was filled with debris and was an absolute mess.We needed someone to clean this for us before we can use the fireplace, and we were glad that we were able to find a service that did a job that we could count on to deliver great service at a price that was within what we could afford to pay. This was a first-class service, as Terry cleaned out the fireplace and removed all of the wax so that we could properly use our chip. What a great job, and now we can enjoy some nice evenings sitting in front of the fireplace together.
