Nicest self spray wash I have found.. pressure is good and chemicals change over quickly. The drive through wash does a great job too. Dont use interstate to get there now.. road work was going on.. come from the north side of town

I have been using this car was for a while, but my last two visits were only met with rude responses from a girl with blue hair that worked there today. I dont mean to be uptight because I understand any job can be tedious but I am not forced to deal with anyones attitude and not wanting to work!

Ive been using Car Wash USA for years now. We have a monthly plan on all of our vehicles. Weve never had a issue at this location with anything.They always take extremely good care of us. I highly recommend them!

I was at another car cleaning but they put a stuff mark on side so I came to try car wash USA u dont have all the things they have but n on top of that u r out far. From home only thing that make mad is that spray on tires it puts a sticky stuff on your ribs otherwise u r ok

This place is terrible!!!! I paid for the $21 wash and didnt use my free vacuum because I was in a hurry so I didnt check my vehicle till I got to my destination. The whole back part of my car didnt even get clean, like, at all. There was still dirt spots on the side and the tire shine didnt work at all! Dont waste your time or money!

The bay I used didnt have high pressure rinse it was more like low pressure rinse on that setting. So it took longer to get the job done!Ended up having to spend $17 and all I used was the soap brush and high pressure rinse.Hope they get it fixed...

It Sucks !! I have had it 🤬I paid 10 bucks on the drive through wash & again came home with a dirty truck. Waste of time and money. No one is Ever there to help??? Ugh 😡wont be back again

I’ve tried this car wash three different times. First time, none of the wash bays or change machines would take dollar bills and I had no change. Second time, I went through the large drive through car wash and it barely got my car any cleaner than it was beforehand. Third time, I show up with a stash of quarters due to my first experience, and while two of the wash bays are blocked off, the first open one I choose has quarters jammed into the machine. There are three of the six bays operable. And one of these has a broken soap brush. The owners/managers of this location need to do better.

The wash wasnt bad at all, but the employees where all terrible. The one at the gate was more into his cellphone, then to talk to me and the man in front of the wash had a attitude the whole time. Not really sure if Ill ever come back.

Place is going down hill. Wash bays dont all work. Out of 3 self service drive automated washes only one working. Vacuum wasnt working. Employee said go to another one. Didnt offer to give my money back that I had put in to the faulty machine, no out of service sign. Trash over flowing. Bad business. Wont be using this wash.

Nice employees, however, the entire place is shut down way too often. Im paying for monthly car wash service and can only use it every other time I drive by. Maintenance needs to be fixed once and for all.UPDATE: The owners response to my review does nothing to make the situation right. He suggests I send an email. They know the facts. Why do I need to send an email to explain it again? Why does this problem continue? Further, why am I being charged for something Im not getting? I have telephoned the office on more than one occasion about my concerns and no one has ever bothered to call me back. Place is starting to look like a dump, trash everywhere, dollar bill changers dont work and of course no on-site personnel to get you change , if it dont work THEN FIX IT!!! AND WHILE YOUR AT IT ,FIX MANAGEMENT!!!!

Its pretty messy and alot of stuff doesnt work when I go whether its the vending machine or the vacuums dont work 🤔 so only rating one star.

Vacuums barely work. Soap wasnt rinsed completely from my car.

We went for the vacuums. Two of the machines just kept spitting the quarters back out. The 3rd one we tried took the quarters but when got to the last one it kept saying .25 cents was needed. It was supposed to be a dollar. I ended up paying $1.75 and only got one quarter back. After my fiance and i got frustrated a gentleman came out and showed us the free ones which was a nice gesture but they didnt suck worth a lick. Bad experience all together.

Awful. They dont have a working phone number. You cant contact anyone when their faulty equipment steals your money. I have had several bad experiences with equipment not working properly or taking my money and not working at all.

Every single vacuum is out of order. Has been for a while now. Kinda sucks

None of machines quarter slots worked. Tried hands free wash and it started presoak and quit. Was not able to get money back or get ahold of anyone about it.

Service is good. It would be nice to have more than one vacuum token.

Jackson 22... is always dirty, very unkept. The vacuums are awful, if they were emptied more often,they would have more suction. They need to do a little maintenance and cleaning. Went to one hand wash bay and it wouldnt take bills or quarters, the next bay had a bag on concrete and other trash all over it. Then I went to vacuum my truck and the nozzle on the vacuum was ripped off so all you had was the end of a hose. Still works but not as well.

Very dirty place mud and trash everywhere but the manual was was decent the soap spray had soap in it unlike alot of the car washes here in Jackson. Just wish they had a heated option for the rinse.

Good just needed change for a 20

Paid $19 (lowest) expecting a good wash and free use of the vacuums. After the wash I couldnt figure out how to turn in the vacuum... everyone elses works.... finally, I drive back around to the young man at the entry kiosks.1. He hadnt given me the coin to run the machine.2. Coin turns vacuum on for 5 mins...he sees the confusion on my face and asks if I need more time with vacuum.I have never been limited by time at a car wash with FREE VACUUMS! This is more trouble than its worth.I will go back to South Jackson where the Car Wash establishments dont need men standing at the entry kiosks and the VACUUMS are free without 5 min limit.

Half hoses had no pressure yo!I put atleast 6 bucks in there yo and they only comped me 4 bucks. Then all the hoses are busted and soap cant flow through yo! Fix yo self yo!

Half the buttons on bay worked almost every single bay has trash on the floor and needs to be cleaned the vacuums just took my money. I don’t ever leave a review but the first and last time I’ll use visit here

I mean its a car wash. Whats wrong with people today? Laundry mat on old hickory. Your business runs off people spending quarters, thats how you get paid... Keep quarters in the change machine. Its one of your only jobs. Care or you close!!!!!!!

And the time b4 that, we got right up to the payment place after waiting 15 min, just to get told they are shutting it down due to problems!!! Getting ridiculous! New ownership sucks, never once had an issue b4..

I pay monthly for these car washes. My last visit resulted in a half washed car, literally. The back half of my truck was covered in soap when I got home!! 😡

I always enjoy my visit to car wash USA north and the one on oil well road too. Im a Express pass member so I usually get in and out pretty fast and my car is always clean when I leave. I would love to see a family plan though for families who have multiple cars theyd like to keep clean.

Car wash and waxing. Blower does not work as well as in the past. Vacuums rarely work. You have to move around to find one that does. Manager always has an excuse for any issue.

Took my money, didnt dispense water, call the number for help, they never called back, I CAN NOT SUPPORT a business that doesnt follow up. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND !I was contacted, with a sorry on Google, and I tried to contact them again, with no success, they AGAIN DROP THE BALL! Never got a call or email, what a business. Horrible experience!

Not at all satisfied with service, I was not greeted by associate and did not receive window wipes that Id paid $2.00 for. Vacuum cleaners were clogged and provided no suction at all and fragrance dispenser was malfunctioning as well. The machine to provide extra condiments for cleaning was taped up and out of order, so I was not able to clean my vehicle on the inside at all, basically wasting my time and money.

Really dissatisfied with the service of the car wash it self. Car Wash machines are down quite frequently and inoperable. Now when they are operating they dont clean as well as they use to do .

Not impressed... paid for the full 21$ service... drove away with bugs and dirt still on my new truck.

Have had decent premium washes here in the past but will never go back after today. Their IT guy was apparently there working on something and the manager let myself and another car sit in line for almost 45 minutes (me with two small kids in the car) before letting us know that they wouldnt be able to take a credit card or wash anything. Guy just shrugs his shoulders.

This location closed their lanes 15 minutes before 6:00pm. There were 2 other cars that pulled in after us for a car wash. My husband and I were traveling. We made a special trip over to the car wash to get the bugs off the windshield before starting the last leg of our trip home. Very disappointed!!!

Automatic washes open all night, went late night and cleaned the ride. Would give 5 stars but my $14 wash apparently doesnt come with the pretty color wax?? Car was clean as heck tho. Always is at this place, vacuums work good also. Dont waste time with the fragrance, it will be gone in 5. Handwash bays are good to, just to close to dangerous for late night use. Refill that wax tho, boss...

Visit was ok this time however two weeks prior the place was a pig sty. Overflowing trash for all the cans, in shrubbery, wash stalls. I thought its a matter of days before the disrespectful clientele take over and cut hose, break into change machines, break out lights

The automatic small car wash wasnt bad if you are in a small car, I was in a pick up truck and was a bit let down. The wash sprayed from the bottom third of the windows down, the tricolor foam did not make from the lower third of the side windows to the roof, meaning the top third of the vehicle didnt get that product even though I paid for it. The final wax did come from the top and covered the roof. When all was said and done the truck looks much cleaner and the paint was very smooth. If I were to go back for a wash the truck would have to be pre washed first prior to paying the $14 for the premium wash. It is more like that Ill be using the $10 dollar wash at the gas station the next exit east as it does get the roof and all the way up the sides, either way the truck will still need prewashing for regular road grime.

Car washes top of the line and does an excellent job but it can be a little pricey when you get into the other end of the spectrum. The full service for basically $15 more is not a bad option. I did have a rear wiper break off on my Jeep once and the management refused to pay for it even though it is a stock wiper with no issues before. So it turned my $12 Car Wash into a $42 car wash because I had to replace the wiper on my own

Good clean car wash and a good location. Not as good as hand-washing but does a good job.

Not an honest business. Recommend taking your business out south. They are a much cleaner more Professional honest car wash. The Machine at this north car wash took my 13 for a car wash one night car wash machine did not turn on. I called the after hours number. They stated i would receive a refund but I wasnt surprised when I did not receive anything.

First if my wait was only fifteen minutes I could understand why the back interior of my car was left untouched. Second since I opt for the optimum packet I’d expect to not see obvious missed spots, even in the front interior. The best was the wash and that was done automatically, sheesh.

Wouldnt wash my vehicle anywhere else.

Closes earlier than I expected, so I had to go through the machine/no brush. It did alright to knock the dirt off, but I needed a deeper clean. I’ll be back as an in between after a good hand wash.
