I called and was told that someone would call me back, which they never did. So I called the next day and there was still no one available, so we set up an appointment for a week later at 11am. I called at 11am and they acted like they didnt know anything about it. I spoke with Michelle Marrs, and she said her staff attorney was busy with another client and that I would have to wait for them to call me back. Nobody ever called back.
