I cant say enough good things about this State Farm office. I had my doubts by switching insurance companies to State Farm. But time and time again, this has been proven to be the right decision. They helped me after my son got in a car accident they made sure he was ok and helped with making a claim

Had a personal policy through the agency, one other family member with another policy didn’t renew so they cancelled my policy with multiple remaining months on it. Unprofessional and vindictive. I had been in the hospital and came home to find out they had retroactively cancelled my policy.

Having worked with with insurance companies and customer service myself for over 20 years I can say I have never been treated with such COURTESY and HONESTY.After a recent accident, I was told that I had amazing coverage clauses in my policy I didnt anticipate. Brandon had the FORESIGHT to ensure my policy was iron clad and I had absolutely NO PROBLEMS.Nor sure why anyone would go to any other agent. He is ALWAYS available and ALWAYS seems to be working for his clients.

So far i have had the worst experience through state farm. I went in on a Tuesday and they asked me for my information and they told me it would take 24 to 48 hours to get excepted. I call today (friday) and they said that they still needed my vin number when that was the first question they should of asked me. Which they did. Then they continued to say they called me a couple times but I have 0 missed calls from state farm. Now I just gave them my vin number again and now i have to wait another 24 to 48 hours for my insurance to go through. Never have I been to such an unorganized insurance company. I do not recommend this agenyagent.
