My policy has cancelled 3 times in two years due to the lack of professionalism and response this company has. Didn’t send in paper work to insurance that I signed, cause my policy to almost go up. I had to stay on the phone for 3 days with people just to get it fixed. Now I’m dealing with another set of documents I signed not turned in to the insurance company, for auto draft. Now they are telling me that my policy was canceled once again. When I call now, they don’t even help. Yadara hung up straight in my face when I asked her if I could wait on hold for the agent rather than her calling me back in a few minutes.

They will NEVER answer the phone I have been trying to call for days and I can never get anyone on the phone. I like what they do as finding you the best price for the coverage you want but they are not good at the job they do. They don’t care or like the job!!

Such scammers! Be aware of these people!! DO NOT GET INSURANCE FRIM THEM! I made a huge mistake and I don’t want anyone else going through what I’m going through!! Avoid them!! Too many problems to explain.

I called the Jackson office today bc I had a flat and I was stranded in Memphis with my 2 yr old child. A man answered the phone and was very unprofessional with me. He acted like I was inconveniencing him! I told him I need to get roadside assistance and he gave me the number but the agent in Covington actually connected me to them! Y’all need to retrain your employees on customer service. If you don’t like your job then find another one!!!!

Very unclear about terms. Be sure to get all information before agreeing. They will not seek to givs it to you outright unless you ask.

Customer service is excellent and then leave their customer smiling and happy I recommend best insurance company for the best place for car insurance.

Helpful ppl with suggestions . They try to get you the cheapest coverage to fit your budget.

WORST INSURANCE COMPANY EVER.. POLICIES AND RATES ARE NOT ACCURATE. THEY TELL YOU ONE PRICE AND THEN 1 DAY LATER, PRICES GOES UP. AGENTS ARE VERY INCONSISTENT AND UNPROFESSIONAL. HOLD TIME IS GREATER THAN 15 MINUTES ON ONE PHONE CALL. NO ONE EVER CALLS BACK. EVER.

Terrible customer service. They act like they dont want you to pay your bill or are too busy to take your payment. But they dont hesitate to charge you a late fee. Take your business elsewhere, to someone who at least pretend to care.

They lied to me about my policy and after i got in my wreak they wouldnt cover the cost of the repairs. I had full coverage and i didnt get one dime. I want to know how they get away with stealing money from there customers.
