I own a residential cleaning service. I talked everyone of my clients Into getting the orick xl upright and they are happy with them. Iv had mine for 20 years and never had a minutes problem with it. I love orick. I plan to one day to get their air purifier. Ok I guess Iv praised Them enough. Love you store and vacuums.Marquetta

They sell more than just Oreck. Oreck is a great vac but I bought a Meile and the service is good. My daughter also bought from this store and is very pleased.

I took my Oreck in for the regular check up for $50 on Saturday showed up Tuesday to pick it up and was it was returned to me in a box in thousand pieces. The Magnesium vacuum purchased new has only been used about 10 times. Thenthe rep. had the nerves to tell me it would be over $200 to repair. There was absolutely nothing wrong with my vacuum but yet broke it into pieces and thought that I was going to leave it there for them to sell for spare parts. I will never, ever be a customer there ever again!

Reasonable price for the service rendered

I purchased an Oreck vacuum in August and the service was excellent. When I went back to redeem my coupon, the lady was extremely nice and helpful.

You make a decision to support local, because of principle and hopefully service, and this place is a good example of that being a bad decision for Oreck vacuum cleaners. Bought a waaaaay overpriced upright and portable from these folks 6 years ago. Had a housekeeper that had her own vacuum, so ours rarely got used--1-2x/year. When we use the product more frequently now, it throws a belt about every third use--lady at store laughs, points to the belts. Burns the bearings in a roller after probably 15 uses (they are supposed to be commercial grade), and the tech advises to bring it in (indicating he will diagnose some magical reason for the failure--charges $39.99 for the roller. Most recently, and the reason for this review, is that the roller failed again (after maybe 15 more uses), and the lady that answered the phone feigned ignorance at the model of vacuum (their most popular one they ever sold), then proceeded to tell me that she didnt have the rollers in stock for it anyway. I called back a week later, and she immediately told me they have them, and they are $39.99. Guess what?--you can order a pack of two rollers and 6 belts on Amazon for $17.99, Thanks for nothing neighbors.

Worse service experience ever!

We have 4 Orecks (two compact and two upright). Have been coming to this store for years. They are always friendly, helpful, reasonably priced and quick with service. They elevate the brand.
