Im at Eaton as a contract worker been out here all month its a very safe place they have the new Bodyscanner to check your temperature as you come in plus you must were a mask and safety glasses ,safety first in this plant 😀

Eaton is really a great place to work; its air conditioned in the summer and heated in the winter. Like every job, it has its pros and cons. One of the pros is that after you are hired, you enter into a training program (probation during this training) for 120 days. One of the cons is that you start at lower wages than your co-workers and it takes you between 4 to 5 years to reach the same pay scale as your co-workers; within that 4 to 5 years, you are expected to do the exact same type work and basically the same quality work as your co-workers, although/while you are paid at lower wages than your co-workers This system really isnt fair to employees, but its called Seniority. Meanwhile, you wait to get pay increases while the cost of living continues to increase.
