Excellent communication leading up to the work; I highly recommend Thompson Tree & Crane. I had them take a 70+ ft willow down to 15 ft, close to the house with gardens planted under the tree canopy. They listened to my concerns and had the right equipment, including mats under the truck wheels to protect the soft areas of lawn. Impressive communication with me and each other throughout the day -- precision removal of a whole lotta tree. They were conscientious of the yard, cleaned and raked even the smallest twigs. Will use their services again.

We hired Thompson Tree and Crane to remove a tree that was dangerously close to our house and do some necessary pruning and trimming on other trees. They did an exceptional job with the entire project, leaving our yard clean of debris and looking great. Heres my problem. If I tell the local community how great my experience with Thompson Tree&Crane was it might be harder to have them come back when needed. Ill risk that by saying I could not have had a better experience. The drops were well thought out and spot on. NOTHING could have been better. Good to see such diligent and hard working tradesman and professionals they are. If this services is what you need look no further.

Weve used Thompson Tree and Crane Services two times in the last couple of years. They are an exceptional service. First and foremost, they are highly knowledgeable about tree health and growth patterns, therefore they didnt take advantage of us and just opt to cut everything down! They love their work and do an excellent job. I liked the service courtesy and high communication, and the prices are very reasonable. We will use them again!

I’m not a big fan of the word professional because I see it as very narrowly defined to mean upper class, masculine, white, “politeness” that is normalized with an intent to exclude and restrict. So let me tell what this group of men did to deserve five stars. They called me when they said they would. They told me what to expect and when to expect it. They followed up with messages to verify the dates still worked. They updated me when they realized they would arrive earlier then expected. They apologized when they were five minutes late for that time. They listened to me and checked in throughout the day to make sure what I wanted was getting done. Zachary Fitterer was my contact person and he introduced me to his team and wrapped the whole process up at the end. Outstanding service. Will I use them again? Absolutely! Also, thanks Jasper for saving beautiful pieces of wood to use in my garden! They are beautiful.

We had one tree completely removed, and some trimming on others. The work was done quickly and safely, even with the tree trunk being lifted over our house for removal! And the price was completely reasonable for the work done. Highly recommended!

These folks were fair-priced, courteous, on time and quick to reply to email. They did the work they said they would do and even stacked the wood that I said I wanted to keep as fire wood. Would definitely call them again.

They are the 3rd tree service company I have used here and they were definitely my favorite. The work was done perfectly despite being a bit difficult to access and was a decent price I could afford. I will be returning to them for work next year as well.

Thompsons provides great service and I will call on them again. I appreciated their courtesy, knowledge, availability, promptness and amazing skill and strength. We also could save pieces from the linden tree we removed to turn into art pieces, and they were very patient with us.

We use these people whenever we need tree work done. They are careful, knowledgeable and clean up the area after they work nicely. They are reasonable in their rates. Havving used a couple of other tree services before we found Morgan and Peter I can say thwey are the best.

I hired Thompson Tree & Crane to remove two trees that were overgrown very near my house, and to trim back another one. It was impressive to watch them skillfully take down huge limbs with the crane. They were very friendly and easy to work with. The final price was right at the low end of the estimate. They did a great job & I highly recommend them!

These guys do great work. Took down a big tree right by the house no problem and cleaned up a couple of others. Came in under the price they quoted me even, which was awesome. Definitely would recommend and would hire again for tree removal.
